My Husband and I stayed here at this beautiful oceanfront condo at Longboat Key the last week of October 2026. It was perfect in every way. The space was just right for us. We Loved waking up to the Oceanfront views and being right on the water made it extra special. It was comfortable, inviting and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Longboat Key. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly as listed. Breathtaking views of the Gulf from our 5th floor balcony. The sand and ocean were steps from the condo and the beach was extremely private and quiet. The swimming, the sunsets, shells, manatee & dolphins made our week so memorable. September held warm days with lower humidity and the ocean temp between 85-90. The night time illuminated kayak tour in the Sarasota Bay was a lot of fun. We had an absolutely perfect week and look forward to returning next September.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Longboat Key. The condo was beautiful, impeccably clean, and decorated so tastefully—it truly felt like a luxury retreat. The beach view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. What made our stay even more special was our host, James. He was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had an amazing visit. This was hands down one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this condo highly enough and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

We just spent five wonderful days here, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was outstanding—friendly, prompt, and helpful every step of the way.The condo itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly feels upscale while still being warm and comfortable. The location is simply unbeatable. Being directly on the beach made every day feel like a dream, with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and water just steps from the door.If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway on Longboat Key, I can’t recommend this property highly enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable! Thank you, Jim!

The obvious is the location and balcony with unobstructed view of the Gulf of America. Sitting out on the balcony with the Gulf breeze and watching the sunset is awesome. The pool is rather small. There is no dishwasher but the Frig appears bran new. The large Samsung TV in main room was great as well as all the channels, Netflix etc. Bed very comfortable. Sofa Bed is very hard. The two main chairs very comfortable but would be better if they were recliners. The beach lounge chairs need to be cleaned and some repainted. Internet work very well. Yes, I would go back

Carmen is so correct closest properties to the water anywhere within 100 feet of the sand and of course this is a fifth floor penthouse rare on longboat key. She was awesome.
