The Space:
Welcome to your own slice of luxury in the heart of Park City! With a combined total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this property is perfectly located just steps away from Main Street, giving you easy access to all the excitement and charm that this iconic mountain town has to offer. As soon as you step inside of both units A and B, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully designed living area, complete with warm wood interiors, high-end furnishings, and finishes that exude luxury at every turn. The gourmet kitchen's are a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Plus, you can enjoy a nice dinner by the fireplace and take in the surrounding scenic views.
Each of the bedrooms is a private oasis of comfort and relaxation, with plush bedding and linens that ensure a restful night's sleep and unique art that boasts creativity and adventure. All bedrooms include a TV, room to unpack and feel at home, and chic furnishings that allow you to feel fully immersed in the mountain town culture. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring spa-like amenities such as deep soaking tubs and beautiful tile showers that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. In summary, you will have 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Bunk Beds, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Sofa Bed, all able to accommodate 18 people in total.
Outside, you'll find a deck with a grill for a legendary cookout, a seating area with a firepit that offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the charming town below, as well as a hot tub to sink into after a day of festivities.
Plus, there are separate private balconies at each unit for you to enjoy your morning coffee and admire the gorgeous views ahead. It's the perfect place to soak away your cares and watch the stars come out at night. With Main Street just steps away, you'll have easy access to all the world-class restaurants, boutiques, and galleries that make Park City such a beloved destination.

Guest Access: Parking for 2 Cars (at blue house ONLY) - Upon arrival, you'll find parking for 2 cars, with 1 in the driveway next to Unit A on the left of the front door, and 1 in the driveway in front of the garage. Please note that the space in front of the garage is only suitable for smaller cars. Please only park in front of the leftmost garage and not in front of the one with the large planter in front. The garage is not available for parking.
Please note that the yellow house (unit B) is ONLY accessible by foot.

The Neighborhood: Main Street is the heart of Park City and is right outside the house. This historic street is lined with an array of restaurants, shops, and art galleries, as well as numerous festivals and events throughout the year, including the famous Sundance Film Festival and Park City Food & Wine Classic. Leave the car at home for maximum fun and hit some of the iconic bars and restaurants for some legendary nights on the town - after all, you're just a quick stroll away from home.
Aside from Main Street, Park City offers an incredible range of outdoor attractions for you to delve into. In the winter, you can ski or snowboard at one of the town's two world-class ski resorts, and in the summer, this mountain town transforms into a hiker's paradise with its numerous scenic trails and breathtaking views. Take a panoramic chairlift ride to the top of the mountain, where you can hike or mountain bike through rolling meadows and aspen groves, spend a sunny day with a round of golf at the prestigious Park City Golf Club, or pamper yourself with a variety of spa and wellness services.
Getting Around: From deluxe transportation services available to reserve, to conveniently quick Uber and Lyft access at your fingertips, to free city transportation available near you, navigating the city is completely hassle free and easily accessible no matter where you're headed.
Other Things to Note: There is no garage for the yellow house (unit B) or street parking. It is a miner's cabin that is only accessible by foot.
If parking on Ontario Ave: Locate Shorty's Stairs and walk down them until you see a yellow house with a red gate on the right-hand side.
If parking in the China Bridge Garage: Locate Shorty's Stairs on Marsac Avenue (connects at top of stairs to Ontario Ave.). Climb the stairs until you reach a fork about midway up and see a yellow house.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Additional parking is available at the China Bridge Parking Garage, located at 325 Swede Alley, Park City, Utah.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Great spot for a spring skiing getaway
Property is in a great location very walkable to Main St restaurants/bars as well as the transit center for shuttles to Park City base / Deer Valley / etc.

Great Location
The homes are in a perfect spot to get away from Main Street noise, with super close walking distance. Everything was exactly as explained and the staff was extremely helpful.

Fantastic property. Comfortable beds, big hang out spaces, beautiful views. A ton of fun for a large group.Only note is the parking. If you have big vehicles, parking can be tricky. We found we could park in the garages at the bottom of the stairs overnight but not on the top floor. Just keep an eye for restrictions during different seasons!
