This 5800 square foot, 3 story home is beautifully decorated and offers incredible views of the Park City Valley. Located in the Oaks of Deer Valley, this home provides quiet solitude just north of the Deer Valley ski resort. It offers easy access to the world class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. This home is ready to entertain or to relax in. Home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table. It has 7 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces)that each have their own bathroom. The master bath (which is on main floor) has a steam shower and jetted tub. Upstairs is an additional master bedroom with King bed. Upstairs has Two additional queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor next to the entertainment room with pool table. One has a King-size Bed with bath, one bedroom with bunk bed (no bath), one bedroom has 2 singles with bathroom. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck on the main floor. Cable package includes HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40' flat screen hdtv The DSL wireless internet / printer can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention.

This is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In 50 minutes you can get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. In the winter, the driveway will be plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . However, Ski Season 2025-2026 we offer FREE trips to ski slopes via APP Deer Valley direct. Download the App, turn on location services to easily set up your pick up spot when requesting a ride. (like UBER/LIFT) it is based on the house address. HRS of operation are 7:15am - 10:45 PM.
