Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
