Stunning open plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 large baths. Gorgeous accommodations with a view that is unbeatable from the 17th floor. This unit has a wonderful large 10 foot wide deck. The building is positioned at an angle for spectacular views for daytime enjoyment and evening city lights. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you'll need for cooking up your culinary adventures and entertaining. Included are Sous Vide, Foodie XL grill/air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, and blender. Grocery and beverage locations are conveniently located for all your fun in the sun supplies. The coffee bar has regular drip and Keurig coffee makers.

The sumptuous pool cabanas, jacuzzi and service bar will make you feel like a star. Cabana rentals include refrigerator and television. The fitness room and equipment are top of the line. Plus, you get a view while working out. Pier Park is next door with all the best dining, shopping and entertainment. Panama City Beach is rated one of the top beaches in the US with calm, clear water and sugar white sand and the pier is just a tiny walk away. There is so much to offer families and friends that visit. This is a mecca for entertaining kids and adults alike. It is known as "America's Riviera" after all.

There are excursion/rental companies conveniently located for everything you dream of - diving, snorkeling, paddle boarding, fishing, dolphin watching, zip-lining, pirate ships, go fast boats and more. This is the newest high-rise condo building in Panama City Beach, and has 3 super fast elevators at each end of the building. No waiting time for the upper floors here.

* A signed Rental Agreement and security deposit authorization is required within 24 hours of booking, or the booking may be cancelled at the owner's discretion.

* Limited to two parking passes at $60 each
* Armbands required for access to amenities (included) for guests 12 years and older

* Quiet time observed from 10 pm to 7 am.

Family and friends vacay

We had a wonderful short vacay with family and friends at Flip Flop. The condo is exceptionally equipped and maintained. The amenities were vast and our favorite was the beach side fire pit.

As longtime Calypso Resort vacationers, we wish we had made the switch to Tower III soonerā€”specifically to The Flip Flop at Calypso III! The views are absolutely stunning, and the newer building offers all the extra amenities we didnā€™t know we were missing. This condo fit all of our needs and then some. Communication with the owner was excellent, and we couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend staying here, great location!

This was our first time staying here. It was decorated very cute, smelled clean, looked clean, had plenty of appliances and even had beach chairs and a wagon! The patio was March and had a picnic table with four lounge chairs which was very nice and you could clearly see the ocean from the balcony. It was very beautiful and relaxing for our family, I highly recommend staying at this condo. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, and all of the shops on footā¤ļø

FlipFlop is an excellent stay

2d time staying in this unit. Property manager is excellent and the property remains attractive. Surprised us this year, the unit already had beach chairs a beach umbrella and a beach cart. The view is excellent and we took in the July 4th fireworks at the pier and all the way down the coast. Look forward to staying again.

Amazing View

This is our first time staying in Tower 3 and actually found parking a lot easier as you could just park on the first floor of the garage and walk directly to the elevator. The wait time on the elevators was minimal and we found the condo very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and it was well stocked. We will definitely stay again. Karen made this entire process simple and we had a very good time with family

Very Pleased!

The condo was as pictured. The unit needed dusting but all else was up to par. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and smelled nice. The spacious balcony was nicely decorated and had an awesome view; the unit was well stocked with everything needed. We will definitely book this space again.

An awesome stay

Weā€™ve stayed in several similar condos in PCB through the years, and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable weā€™ve ever experienced. My only fear in booking this was the beds. Something about the pictures made me worry they would be uncomfortable. This was totally wrong! They were so nice, I ended up looking for the tags so we could get the same mattress at home. Our host was awesome, and jumped in quickly to resolve an issue we had with the HOA regarding the pool wristbands. I will likely book this same condo for our next beach trip. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

Condo was beautiful. Great location as we were able to walk to most places. Instructions for check in would have been helpful. The only reason we knew how to maneuver the numerous elevators to get to our room was because I read previous reviews on the property. You have to go to level 1 or 3 in the parking garage to access the building, where you will find another set of elevators to get to your room. Also the pull out bed had sand and food in it when we arrived, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice place. The air conditioner kept up well which is important in the hot environment.

Beautiful View From Balcony

We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flop. The parking and getting to the beach was a chore from the 17th floor! You must go to the third floor to cross over, then to the first floor or the floor that you park. Then to exit or enter the parking garage is a line because many bar codes did not work! The condo is perfect and cozy with everything you need. We wore socks because the floors were so dirty, but it is hard to keep sand off of the floors near the beach. Sunrise and sunset is extremely beautiful on the 17th floor, even though Flip Flop is across the street.

Pirates of the High Seas Festival stay

We stayed here because of the proximity to Pier Park and were very happy with the condo. Everything was as described with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that I wish was different is parking. You can't get your parking passes till you check in and need to print them for your car but u don't have a printer in my car. Fortunately, an attendant at Panhandle rentals was able to help me by printing the parking passes.

Great view, terrible wait for elevators during busy times

The property was great! The view was phenomenal! We where here for July 4, and the fireworks display from the pier was the best show I'd ever seen! Our only issue was the elevator.... When we checked in, it was a bit confusing on what the process was for getting from the parking garage to the tower. Instructions would have been very helpful.

Panama City Beach visit.

This was our first trip to PCB. It was a last minute booking due to canceling a trip to Key West due to storms in that area. The condo is nicely decorated and clean. It is across the street from the beach. Easy walking distance to beach and Pier Park. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The complex is clean. I did message the owner and had a quick response to all my questions. I would stay again.

Family Spring Break Quick Getaway

My family and I loved the condo. Super clean with great Florida dƩcor. Super beach access and great pool. Take out dining available on first floor, but also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was a VRBO newbie, and Karen replied very timely to all of my oh so many messages. Also, my wife is a top to bottom resort gal, and she loved this place. We will definitely stay here our next time through.

Great location, view, and amenities!

Property was clean and full of everything we needed. View is amazing and the location is great for walking to nearby restaurants and activities. Only negative was the construction going on around the building was slightly distracting when in the balcony. Otherwise great place to enjoy PCB!

Beautiful, CLEAN condo with great ocean/pier view

This is likely the cleanest condo I have ever stayed at, and we travel a LOT! The entire condo looked fresh and brand new. The patio seating area is unique and welcoming. There was an abundance of necessities provided (more than we're used to). It's a bit of a maze to get to the parking garage/beach, but once you know your way, it's quite easy. The only issue we had was the strong smell of a decaying mouse or rodent of some sort, which isn't the fault of the condo owner. We got through it by burning candles! Finally, the owner is very responsive to phone calls, and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!!

When we were kids, our family went to the lake almost every weekend. Our dad would drive down on a Thursday night to reserve the perfect campsite. With a little planning, several families that we hung out with would do the same. We all had campsites next to each other and it was filled with wonderful times at the lake. Warm and fond memories were made there.

As adults, we would talk about how much we enjoyed the lake and all seemed to agree we would like to have a house on the lake someday. My sister Karen and I went in on one together and to subsidize the cost, a rental lake house was in the works. We wanted a place for ā€œfamily vacationsā€ and for others to make memories, just like we had.

We bought our first house in 2007, remodeled it and decorated it to be warm and inviting. As it turns out, the house rented so well we never really got to use it during the summer. So we bought a second one and so the story goes. Many great options are available today.

Our goal is to give guests a great vacation experience and create recollections youā€™ll talk about in the years to come. By providing lake homes, lodges and beach properties that are designed for comfort, large families and friends are encouraged to hang out together and create memories.

As the company continues to grow, we noted the many returning guests. We thought it would be nice to offer additional places to vacation. Karen lived in Florida and with the beautiful beaches of the Panhandle, we felt that was the perfect destination for beach going guests.

We also design and decorate our homes with an atmosphere in mind that enables families to enjoy themselves. We offer exceptional attention to visitor's needs. Karen makes herself available to answer questions and requests at almost all times of the day. I donā€™t know many owners who do that! Youā€™ll love your stay.
