OVERVIEW
Do you want an affordable Gulf front vacation with great amenities at low prices? Our Condo is for you! This two bedroom unit is priced as low as many one bedrooms. It's like you get the second bedroom and bath free! We strive to keep our rates some of the lowest in the building.

This direct beachfront two bedroom, two bath unit gives you front row seats on the beach and Gulf. There is NOTHING but a pool between you and the water... Dig your toes into the sugar white sand and relax, or play in the heated oceanfront pool! Watch the sunrise without getting out of the king sized bed in your oceanfront master suite.

CONDO
Perfect for families and affordable for couples, our unit is loaded with extras to make your stay enjoyable. My husband and I have two children so we know how to make a place 'kid friendly'. We have put a lot of thought into setting up the Condo and have three flatscreen TV's, DVD players, stereo, DVD library, board games, books, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys there for you to use. You don’t need to drag all that stuff with you from home! We even have a pack-n-play and a portable high chair for the little ones…

The primary bedroom was updated in 2025 with new paint and furniture and has a King bed with French doors opening onto the balcony. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV and a large closet. Your bath has the sink/dressing area separated from the shower, so it feels like having an extra half bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, another flatscreen TV and another full bath.

The spacious main living area has another flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and amazing gulf views. The tiled balcony is huge and adds another 180 square feet (8X22) of space to spread out and has brand new polywood furniture for 2025. Have dinner on the outside table, or relax on the loungers and watch for dolphins.

Of course there is also a fully equipped kitchen. A frig, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes, etc... If I have it in my kitchen at home, it is there at the condo too!

We are constantly updating the unit and know you will love our beachy decor!

BUILDING
The building has free WIFI, an elevator, two large pools (one heated year round), two kiddie pools, luggage carts in the lobby, and on-site security.

AREA
If you aren't familiar with Gulf Shores, it is an awesome location. We have a little library of guidebooks and area information in the Condo for you to use. And since we live in the area, I am happy to share my area knowledge and spend time talking with you and helping to plan your trip. You can golf, shop, parasail, bike and hike in the state park, eat at great restaurants, take a day trip to the Blue Angel Museum in Pensacola or the Battleship Alabama in Mobile (getting tired yet?) Or you can hang out on the beach all day, and have pizza delivered in at night. The choice is yours!

The mild temperatures in the off season, heated pool, and wealth of area attractions make our condo a great vacation spot year round. Come and stay at our place!!!
