Our property is casual and comfortable and hopefully it will make you smile! Enjoy a peaceful week of beautiful weather, expansive waterviews, access to 2 heated pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball, shuffle board and so much more. Explore all the local eateries/ bars and music - so many within walking distance. Our condo OPENS into a TV/Room with Queen size Murphy “wall “ bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a swivel chair, Roku TV, and to the right is the queen size master bedroom with a cable TV and Full Bath with handrails. As you continue into this spacious condo you will find a walk-in kitchen with all amenities and a two seat bar area followed by a comfortable living area with a pull out queen size sofa bed & loveseat, swivel chair, smart cable TV - and a beautiful three door slider with expansive water views leading out to a large, screened in Lanai with a four chair table plus…where you can read a book or a have a cocktail or dinner while enjoying the boats coming and going and the occasional pod of dolphin swimming by. Right beyond the LR is a 6 person dining table for family dinners or game/card playing, and finally to the right of table is the second full size bathroom with vanity area, shower/tub. We welcome families and children. There is fishing from the docks, boat and bike rentals down the road, walking distance to popular Restaurants/shops in Olde Marco, a 5 - 10 minute drive to local beaches. Tennis racquets, pickle ball paddles, beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, pails, shovels etc , and two bikes are available in unit for use with care.
