I see that the room became available right at 4 PM, as all our units are guaranteed to be released at that time. While we strive to accommodate early check-ins for all guests, it is not always possible during the busy summer season. Regarding the blanket, I reviewed our communication and could not find a record of your request. We are always happy to provide these supplies during our operating hours.
