- Beach -
Quiet, safe, uncrowded, warm-water beach on the only stretch of sand where vehicles are not permitted (Pedestrian Beach). The beachis 100 steps from the property (no hike over a boardwalk needed).

The ocean slope gets about a foot deeper every 10 feet you walk out, so it’s 5 foot deep about 50 feet out, so it’s easy to find a “sweet spot” that is shoulder-depth relatively close to shore.

Dolphins regularly swim 50-75 feet offshore. Unless there is a burn ban, campfires are permitted on the beach if they are under control and no bigger than 3’ x 3’.

- Deck -
Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and a perfect perch to watch the large ships coming into port. 4’ tall handcrafted Adirondack chairs with built-in cupholders. Many lightweight chairs to arrange for your group as needed.

- Ground level -
Comfortably host a group of 30+ on the 2400 sq ft well-lit shaded concrete pad for breezy, barefoot beach lifestyle. Relax and let the kids run free because the yard is fully fenced, and close the gate at the base of the stairs to keep toddlers downstairs. Sit down to eat with 32 of your favorite people at the 5 premium picnic tables.

Lay out your spread of food on the 24 foot length of standing bar-height table space. Charcoal grill and a beach swing.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower (including hot water) and look in the enclosed storage area for assorted beach chairs and umbrellas, and to store your own beach toys.

- Hot Tub -
Relax in the 6 person hot tub with all-day shade and refreshing breeze. 3 sides have convenient tables for drinks and seating for 8 of your favorite people who want to be part of the party but not in the tub themselves.

- Bedroom 3 - Beachside Suite -
Downstairs king bed with fantastic views of the jetty. Walk-in closet and 2023 smart TV (Roku). Large private bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower including a bench seat. This bathroom can optionally be used by guests in the Cousin Camp room if the hall door is unlocked.

- Bedroom 4 - Sunrise Suite -
King bed with a breathtaking view of the sunrise. Bunk bed with two deluxe memory foam single mattresses. Large closet with hangers and a dresser. Large private bathroom with shower / bathtub. 2023 smart TV (Roku). This bathroom can optionally be used by guests in the Cousin Camp room if the hall door is unlocked.

- Bedroom 5 - Harbor View Suite -
Queen bed with perfect views of the ships coming in and out of port. Large closet and private bathroom (walk-in shower).

- Bedroom 6 - Cousin Camp -
Bunk bed with double over double mattresses, and another bunk bed with a twin over double, with an additional twin trundle bed that pulls out on wheels. Fun fish on the walls, and a 2023 smart TV mounted up high with a nearby shelf for a game console, if you’d like to bring one. The small desk and chair are great for school work or small projects. Perfect room for all the kids!

- Hallway Bathroom (downstairs) -
Toilet and sink with a small counter and mirror in the hall next to the dining room.

Clean towels, hand towel, washcloths, and makeup washcloths are provided.

- Kitchen -
Many cooks can fit easily in this spacious kitchen. Sit on the comfy barstools around the luxury island and talk to the cook! Plenty of space to walk between fridge and island, etc.

- Dishes and Utensils -
All of the essentials are included to prepare a meal and set the tables for 24 diners.

- Stove -
Electric 4-burner stove built into the large counter next the refrigerator and pantry.

- Coffee & Tea -
Keurig Duo coffee maker, K cups (caffeinated and decaf), and a coffee essentials starter kit is provided. The Keurig Duo also has the ability to make drip coffee as well as coffee pods. French press and tea kettle, and many popular tea flavor packets included.

- Dining areas -
The kitchen, dining areas, and living room are in a very large open-concept space. The main dining table seats 12. 6 Bar stools around the island. Seating for 30 at the tables beneath the house.

- Living Room (downstairs) -
4 couches (2 are pull-out double sleeper sofas) and a big screen smart TV (Roku). Ocean and jetty views through the front and side windows. Beachy books and family games.

- Living Room (upstairs) -
Drink your morning coffee in the hangout area at the top of the stairs with a tall bistro table and beautiful views of the ocean through the windows over the half wall.

- Air Conditioning / Heating -
The house has an electric central HVAC system (no gas). Downstairs Thermostat is next to the hallway bathroom. Upstairs thermostat is near the sunrise suite, just past the laundry room.
Guest access
The entire property is private for you and your group.

- Parking -
There is unlimited free parking (up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and a huge free parking lot a half block away). Street parking is not allowed in Surfside, so be careful to park either in the driveway or the parking lot to avoid a parking ticket :)
