Congrats! You found the perfect mix of rustic and luxury. When your group is done complimenting you on finding the perfect cabin they might start bugging you to book the cabin again next year.

Such a well thought out design taking into mind what guests are looking for - this cabin checks off all the boxes. A fun kids bunk room, an outdoor living area, deck seating around a fire pit, theater room, game room, upgraded kitchen and dining area as well as upgraded bedding for the most comfortable stay.

Your cabin is conveniently located off highway 321 with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and even better just a few minutes from the Cosby Entrance to the National Park and world class hiking for all skill levels (and some nice swimming holes in the Little Pigeon River).

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It was a Peaceful Hideaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so impressed with the layout and the cabin's cleanliness. There were a few hiccups, but the resort team was available right away and got things fixed. I would recommend bringing some Blu-Rays with you if you plan on using the theater. The main bedroom is right by the road, and there was construction going on, so it was a little noisy in the morning. We would definitely go back!

Great Fall Break Cabin for Family

We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, video games, dart board, and movie room. The cabin is on a winding road which makes it beautiful, but it takes a long time to drive there.

Almost complete

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very relaxing and plenty to do. Only downfall was wifi was weak, need a stronger signal, my phone and iPad would buffer. House could use a good cleaning, slot of cobwebs and outdoor deck could use a power washing. Could not get ice out of fridge. Lastly I had hoped for better views of mountains. The house was beautiful and had nice solid furnishings, all the gaming opportunities were amazing.

Peaceful Hideaway Review

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had some good points but also had some cons. It was a nice looking place but would have been nice to know you had to scale a pretty steep upgrade. Would also been nice to know that the water quality was brown. The pool table was nice but unlevel and almost unplayable. The cabin was clean but needed some TLC (spider webs). Also didn't have cable and internet was so poor you couldn't stream. Main level shower leaks into bathroom. The outdoor accent lighting was not working. There was no security to keep strangers off the decks. There was plenty of space interior and exterior. Parking would also be difficult with more than 2 vehicles.

Great Cabin with great location

Elk Springs is very responsive and provides detailed info for your stay. We enjoyed the indoor gas fireplace, outdoor gas firepit and grill area. The game room and theater are great extra amenities that came in handy on a rainy day. Less than 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and hiking trails.

Do better Than Elk Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin’s location was great and very peaceful. It’s a newer cabin , spacious with a beautiful layout for a family. However, the cleaning from the previous guest was rushed to get us in on time. Spider webs in the corners, hair in the bathrooms baths and floors, bread crumbs in the living room! Wi fi was terrible, we couldn’t watch anything on beautiful flat screen tv’s throughout the cabin. Maintenance guy had to come to help us use the theater room. Even though the projector set up was wonderful perk, we could only use Netflix. Hit tub was not Hot on the arrival, we had to wait until the next day to use it. The most concerning feature was the safety of the railing upstairs next to the pool. The screws are not bolted all the way into the beam, so if someone leans on it, they could fall down into the living room. Elk Springs, you myst fix this ASAP! Again, beautiful property but the lack of service made our stay less enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was very nice. There was plenty to do if you wanted to just stay in and enjoy your time at a nice cabin. The only thing we had a problem with was that the heater wasn’t working very well downstairs. It stayed pretty cold. But it didn’t bother us too bad. The games and theater room was really fun. And the hot tub being more secluded was nice. The fire pit was wonderful, we just didn’t really use it due to the rainy weather. Overall I recommend this cabin or any cabin with Elk Springs, as they have been great every time we’ve been!

Cabin was just as pictured and clean. Amenities/games were perfect for entertaining my family. Only downside was that the wifi was terrible. We couldn’t stream any football games and had limited service.

Only problem we encountered was the internet. There is no cable and everything has to be streamed. We called and they sent someone to look at it but it was no better. It could have had something to do with the remote location as to why it was very slow. It was difficult to watch anything on the TV or your phone while connected to it. There was only 2 of us in the cabin, for a larger group I think it would be even worse. That was the only issue, everything else was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying in your cabins since 2013. The overall cleanliness in the past 2 cabins I’ve stayed in haven't been so good. I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like you should know. Toothpaste splashes still in the sinks. Toothpaste splashes around the mirrors. Fireplace in one of the bedrooms had a spill on the glass. There was trash left in the kitchen trash. There were spots on the floor that had not been cleaned up as well. The shower walls had soap residue on them. I feel the bare minimal is taking place by the cleaning crew.

Beautiful Cabin in the woods

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is gorgeous. New build so everything is nice and up to date. Copper vessel sinks, walk in glass showers. Comfortable beds. My only real issue is the kitchen. It has a single over sized sink. While nice to look at, it's not functional for doing dishes. There is a dish washer but we prefer to hand wash at every meal. The vessel sinks were a bit high for the little one, 4yo,to use. He had to stand on a chair and even then not the easiest! Out door gas fire pit was and chairs were very nice in the evenings. The hot tube is hidden away. The games were all in working order. Can't comment on the movie room, we didn't use it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It's a thumbs up for recommendations. 20 min to Gatlinburg. Gas and groceries are even closer. Pitman center was a good location for us. If you get the chance to stop at Speedys for breakfast you won't regret the drive. Worth it every time!
