Oceanfront ground level apartment on 1st floor of duplex in a very quiet preservation area 1m north of Sebastian Inlet State Park-Brevard County. This is a one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom & walk in closet. Plus a living room w’ sofa bed, breakfast table, fridge/freezer, free standing stove w’ oven, microwave, toaster & washer/dryer. Internet & TV to access streaming accounts. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family w’ young child/children. Not suitable for 4 adults.
The space
Outside, you will find a wonderful tiki hut with a picnic table for fun outdoor dining; there is a gas grill for your convenience. In addition, there is an outdoor shower convenient for when you come back from the beach to wash off the sand. Walk a few more steps and you get to the beautiful wooden walkway built through the dunes that will take you to an amazing oceanfront wood deck, to access the private beach. You can also get to the beach through an adjacent private sand pathway. Either way, it will take you less than 60 seconds to feel the sand under your feet. You will be in awe when you see the clean and quiet beach available to you!

If you like to fish, you can do so right from the comfort of a beach chair or you can head south down the beach for about a mile and fish from the Pier at the Sebastian Inlet State Park.

If you forget something, no problem! There are supermarkets and convenient stores you can drive to (Publix, 7-ELEVEN, etc.); you can also walk 0.25 miles to the Long Point Bait & Tackle Store which carries many of the must-have items you may need, plus one of the best fish dips you will ever try!

If you are looking for a bigger space that can accommodate a larger group or family, you can check out the property upstairs. Both can be rented simultaneously if available.

Parking is on the driveway. Look for the space labeled with one turtle. Once you arrive, follow the pavers to the back of the property where you will find the lockbox with the key that opens the sliding door.
Other things to note:
We can't say it enough. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This property is for people who want to escape the routine and relax! Neighbors will quickly react to any loud gatherings or guests not following the house rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.
