The open kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a Keurig single cup & carafe coffee maker, and complete with a start of coffee and coffee condiments to kickstart your mornings. Enjoy your meals at the generous dining area for 10 guests, or have some fun with the supplied board games while streaming your favorite music from the Bose speaker.
This is a 2nd floor unit with walk out patio access to massive open spaces in the summer. During summer, you'll relish in the outdoor spaces accessible through the 4 covered patios, where you can savor your coffee or evening beverage. After an exciting day of activities, unwind in one of the comfortable beds furnished with high thread count linens ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 6 guests.
Indulge in the ensuite main bathroom's soaking tub and walk-in shower, stocked with top-branded, full-sized bath products, plush towels, and 2 cozy robes for your relaxation. You'll also find a stacked washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods provided for your convenience.
As a guest of this impeccable condo, you have access to various on-site amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room, workout room, game room, market, bar and the Provisions restaurant. For those seeking adventure, hiking and biking trails are right outside the door, with garage racks available to secure your bikes easily.
Please note that this unit is a non-smoking and pet-free space, ensuring a fresh environment. The condo is on the second floor, granting walk-out access to a spacious patio area during the summer. The condo is ski-in/ski-out please check trail maps and conditions for current trail openings & lift operations.
For your safety, security cameras are installed in the garage and building hallways. Guests must be 25 years old or above to rent this charming condo, which offers the comforts of a condo residence rather than a hotel, making it a truly personalized and exclusive experience. The resort charges 40.00/night plus taxes for amenities and I’m required to collect this and remit payment to Hyatt. This property is ski-in/out subject to lift operations and trail conditions. You must be 25 to rent this unit. Supplied coffee, condiments, bathroom products are to get you started no refills available. WE DO NOT OFFER EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT. IF IT IS REQUESTED & can be accommodated THERE IS A CHARGE OF 100.00/hour as it requires significant coordination with cleaning, checking and others involved on the hospitality team.

The condo was amazing and fit our family of five perfectly. We really enjoyed the fireplaces and were able to make breakfast each morning. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. MaryBeth was great at communicating and very welcoming. Plus the short walk to the sunrise lift is unbeatable.

I have been to Park City (Canyons) and stayed in various VRBO's and hotels over the past 7 years. Especially with the new Sunrise Gondolo this is a perfect location! It is literally steps away and truly ski-in, ski-out. If you can't (as in this winter so far) or choose not to ski down, you can easily download in the Gondola back to the hotel. Now...as for this condo. It was PERFECT for my son and me. Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the second with jacuzzi), The kitchen did quite well for homemade eggs and pancakes in the morning and a Wagyu steak dinner (sorry no grill but seared on the stovetop and finished in the grill) one night. There are plenty of utensils/pots and pans; a coffee pot and washer/dryer. The home was nicely stocked with coffee, laundry pods, plenty of towels, etc... For the HOST...Mary was great! She was very responsive (usually within 5 minutes) for the few questions I had. Finally for the PROPERTY...this unit is part of the Hyatt Centric property. We paid 40 per night for parking (valet or self park is the same). They have a pool/hot tub, ski valet, restaurant, small convenience store and (the best) complementary hot cocoa in the afternoon. You can't go wrong. Overall, this one gets 10 stars out of 5. I highly recommend!

Great location!
You can't beat this location with onsite ski rentals and a lift right out the door. The condo was very clean, well appointed and the washer/dryer is always a bonus. The owner was always very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Inaugural Family Ski Trip
We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for our first family ski trip. The accommodations were clean, cozy and quiet. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was responsive and always accommodating. We would absolutely book again. Thanks so much for making our first trip to Utah a success!

Exceeds all expectations.
The condo is large enough for two couples to enjoy privacy. Beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were more than comfortable. Not steps from the slop, just one step, best ski in ski out we have ever experiences.
Great spa. Easy shuttle to town or quick walk to Canyon center.

Beautiful Large Condo in a Great Location
I rented this and and attaching condo for a family trip and we were thrilled with the accommodations. We wanted to be able to walk to dinner and shops and we could - we were in the middle of all the Canyons offers. The layout was perfect for gathering with open rooms and a kitchen that could handle us all. The back patio area was great the kids could walk out and toss the football and we could enjoy the natural scenery. The condo was well appointed. I recommend this to anyone looking for luxury at a good price point. I will come back.

SPECTACULAR - First Tracks Lodge 2 Bedroom
We LOVE First Tracks Lodge! The unit is as advertised but the experience was even better! We've stayed in this condo in summer for mountain biking/hiking and in winter for skiing. When we opened the door on our first visit, we knew we were in a special place and every part of our stays verified the first impression. The location is AMAZING for all things Canyons Village! For winter, the Hyatt Centric ski valet is barely steps and a very short downhill dash to the 10-seat Sunrise Gondola opening for 2025-2026, with ski-in to the valet. All the restaurants and stores in the Canyons are an easy walk or shuttle ride if preferred. First Tracks is PERFECT! Booking again for this ski season!
Specific condo details: The gorgeous living/ kitchen/dining great room - with a fireplace and coffered ceilings - is as cozy as it is luxurious with natural light and beautiful up-mountain views. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware, cooking utensils, glassware and tableware.
The bedrooms are separated by the living room/ kitchen area, so the floor plan is perfect for group gatherings and private downtime whether couples or a family. The whole condo is nicely stocked with high-end linens, plush towels and robes (great for hot tub trips!), and the property manager/owner clearly cares about the little details – starter coffee, luggage racks, dehumidifiers, extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, etc. She thought of everything!
There are two covered, gated patios off the living room and primary suite and another gated patio off the secondary bedroom that are delightful surprises. Even though the condo is 2nd floor, the patios offer walk-out access to the terrace and lawn. There are 2 hot tubs and a heated pool on the building’s ground level. Wifi works great. The property manager/owner is awesome to work with and delivered an amazing, consistent guest stay each time.
If your party grows, there is a 3rd separate bedroom ensuite with its own private entrance that can be added. It can also be rented as a 1-bedroom. Truly a spectacular condo unit!
Everything about First Tracks is PERFECT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
