Large family and pet friendly home with game room, multiple TVs, and ping pong!

STAY IN A REAL HOME - This hidden gem is located in a peaceful, residential area, but is also a short car ride from downtown and all the fun restaurants and bars in Austin (less than fifteen minutes away).

This is a MASSIVE, beautifully decorated house that will be your home away from home. This Texas-sized house truly offers everything you might need or want on your vacation. Your hosts, Kyle and Laura, are travel enthusiasts, and have considered every traveler's need, including those traveling with children, dogs, or elderly companions. Bedrooms are large and feature luxury hotel quality linens. We are truly passionate about entertaining and hosting. We are not a property company that has "flipped" this home, or that owns and rents dozens of properties. This is our home. We carefully curated an experience for anyone traveling with a large group, whether it be friends, or family. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining at home while traveling, this is your place. If you love going out and seeing the sights, this is also a great option. The home is a short fifteen minute car ride from anything you might want to see in Austin, but is also in a neighborhood that is quiet and relaxing.

Living room features one 65" TV, and upstairs game room has two 65" TVs and retro Pac-Man arcade game. Staircase includes two baby gates, one installed at the top, and another at the bottom to protect babies and fur-babies alike, and provide you peace of mind. All televisions have access to YouTube TV, which will include access to major sports events, cable channels, and local news.

Additionally, for our travelers with children or pets, we have stocked our coat closet with a pack-n-play, and additional waterproof dog friendly blankets and orthopedic dog beds.

** KITCHEN**
Our kitchen is fully stocked with nonstick cookware, a pizza stone, dishwasher, large pantry, and Nespresso coffee maker with pods.

** BEDROOMS / LAYOUT / BEDDING **
TWO bedrooms are downstairs (the master with ensuite jacuzzi tub and separate shower). Master includes a king-size bed and a day bed (perfect for children). The office is also downstairs, and features a high quality queen sized murphy bed that can be folded up into the wall, or left folded down.

Master bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV.

There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Guests have access to laundry machines, and an iron.

All mattresses (except for the murphy bed) are brand new memory foam mattresses. All beds include hotel-quality high thread count bedding.

** PORCH**
Back porch includes a ping pong table, beer pong table, cornhole, television, a dart board, two ceilings fans, and a ring-on-a-string game.

** GAME ROOM **
Upstairs features a spacious game room with multiple 65" TVs (not pictured), a Pacman arcade game, and a wet bar that is stocked with glassware. We have provided games appropriate for children.

**DINING AREAS**
There is enough room for twelve people to eat at the same time in our breakfast nook area and dining room.

**PARKING**
Guests can park in the driveway or on the street - there is room for three cars in the driveway.
