Important Safety Information: This property contains an unfenced, ungated swimming pool. Children, infants, and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while outdoors. By booking this property, guests acknowledge this condition and accept responsibility for their party’s safety around the pool.

Security & Safety Disclosure: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record video and audio in outdoor common areas and at entry points. These devices are used for safety, security, and verification of occupancy and house rule compliance. There are no cameras inside the home, and no cameras monitoring private indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, or other areas where privacy is expected. This includes a ring doorbell.

Swimming Pool Heating:
To have the swimming pool heated between September 4th and May 29th, there is an added fee, with a maximum heated temperature of 89°F. This fee covers the gas costs associated with heating the pool when the air temperature is cool. Payment for the surcharge must be made upfront, and a 24-hour notice is required before the desired temperature to allow sufficient time for the water to warm. Please note that we do not provide a heated water temperature greater than 89°F at any time of the year. $500 is the minimum fee. *The spa and pool cannot heat at the same time. Once spa use is done, we will switch back to pool heating.

Hot Tub Information:
The hot tub takes approximately 45 minutes to reach its optimal temperature, and there is no extra fee for its use. If you wish to use the hot tub, kindly inform us in advance every day so we can ensure it is turned on for you.

Trailers/Motorized Bikes:
If you plan to bring a trailer or motorized bikes, please inform us before making a booking.

Living Space:
Has floor to ceiling windows as pictured, with no curtains. Please note there are no curtains in the living space to allow for a bright aesthetic. They do have a built in privacy film but please note, no shades. The theatre does have black out shades.

Parking:
Large 2-4 car driveway with garage access by request. Street parking is prohibited.

Fridge:
Ice maker does not work. There are usually bags of ice in the freezer but if not you will need to supply your own ice.
