This incredible 7-bedroom home offers endless indoor and outdoor entertainment for the entire family. It comfortably sleeps 18 in beds (10 twin, 3 queen, 1 king, and 1 full-sized crib), with additional accommodations on a sleeper sofa and air mattress, bringing the total capacity to 22.

The game room is packed with multiple arcade games, a smart projector, a popcorn machine, a poker and board game room, and a puzzle tower. Outside, you`ll find a heated pool, hot tub, andPool will open on Labor Day for our 2026 season.

The property was great for the weekend. However, it feels worth noting that the common areas are WARM. It was a hot few days during our stay and while the bedrooms all have small AC units, the kitchen, game and living areas do not and it gets WARM. Otherwise, would recommend.

The house was great, we had plenty of room for our family the house inside is immaculate. We did have a couple issues with the washer but our Hostess was right on top of it and responded quickly.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! The house was clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The host was very responsive with general questions and we did not have any issues.

Overall the house was a good place to stay for our large family. I have to agree with another review about the privacy of the rooms, lack of hand rails on the stairs and driveway. Also, there are multiple levels throughout the house and no bedroom to get to with using stairs. The pool and nearby pond was great for swimming and fishing. We would recommend for a large family keeping the levels in mind for elders and small children.

We were an extended family of 17 we had plenty of room and beds for us all. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked it so much we are returning again next Summer Rachel was wonderful to worked with. Thank you

The house was amazing it had everything we needed for a perfect getaway weekend! The only thing I would note/ change is there's only dishes and silverware for 8! So pack some extras if you have more people in your group!

Great communication from the host. House was plenty big for our large family at Thanksgiving. Great hiking within 15 minutes. Fun getaway!

House was fantastic and perfect for our family reunion. The kids all had so much fun sleeping in their own ‘wing’ of the house and we adults appreciated not having to hear them laugh and play all night. All the kids even had their own beds so when they eventually slept, they were comfortable. Plus, they had the game room and pool to keep them entertained so that us adults could enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend for large families.

Country side escape!

We spent an extended weekend with a dozen folks. Large spread out home with lots of privacy and baths. The pool was our main escape for the weekend for sun, play and cocktails! Looking to check out completely from the hustle...this is it!

Property was relatively close to pictures. As much as expected. The property had everything that the owner stated. Owner communicated through the weekend once a day asking how things were and giving instructions.

Nice and Well Maintained

The place was clean and as expected. The different rooms with the beds numbered as expected. Some nice little sayings in the bathrooms and lots of room to enjoy the group together. Supplies were needed and the owner responded quickly. Kitchen utensils and appliances met all our needs. Neighbors were a little eccentric when interacted with. Would stay again. Maybe when weather is warmer.

Some items on the property need updated or replaced such as the grill or some of the deck chairs. The grill is completely rusted out and useless while half the chairs are falling apart/broken. The pool table needs a new velvet liner installed, prior residents have destroyed it while some of the games are also damaged. All in all, was a good experience and the group I was with still had a lot of fun and relaxation time.Property seems to run on well water so ensure you bring some reg water with you. The water pressure is low, only one shower works at a time and only masters seems to get hot water. The property is stocked with some cleaning essentials and various convenience items along with complimentary coffee bar which was very nice and useful.Plenty of space, I was with a group of 16 and it never once felt like there was not enough space.All in all, the property is well cleaned, however the ceiling will leak in the living room if it is raining out and there is a busted window that isn't replaced. A little bit of building maintenance and update to some of the furniture items, game equipment, and grill and I think this place would be worth all 5 stars.Thank you for letting us stay and make some great memories!

Appreciate the feedback! Many of these items were already addressed (water pressure; hot water, grill, pool table, patio furniture) along with a new pool being installed the first week of June. We will certainly go through this and make sure we address everything else and happy to host you again!

Big enough for the whole family!

We overall enjoyed our stay! We had 14 people ranging from a baby to adults and everyone slept comfortably and had plenty of space to cook, eat & be in each others company. Also enjoyed the grill and pool outside! Host was very responsive as well! Just a heads up on a few things- To get to any bedroom you have to take at least some stairs (if you have trouble with that) We would technically consider this to be a 6 bedroom house as two of the rooms with twin beds connect with no door. Also all bedrooms that show twin beds don’t have doors since they are their own floors with stairs leading up. Didn’t bother us but just so you know! The road to get to the house was narrow for one car at a time and had some bigger potholes. Would recommend bringing an SUV or truck with you!

All Adult Family (11)

The place is as described and the pictures are accurate. Jacuzzi was clean and worked well. There is a cool coffee station. Large towels for the swimming pool. We are a family with adult children & significant others and had adults on the twin beds. They were not comfortable for adults, folding beds rather than solid frame twin beds. There is not enough living room or dining seating for the occupancy listed. Or at least not enough seating if you want to sit together. There is enough pans and dishes for everyone, just bring your own if you have a large party. The cooking equipment available is good for smaller groups but means you have to cook in batches. Overall we had a good stay and nothing caused a true detractor to our stay, just multiple little things that caused me to give an average rating. TBH, 5stars would have been hard for anyplace, so take that into account when looking at how i rated things.

Beautiful house!

The house is beautiful! Interior designing is really well done. Plenty of things available- spices/etc. hot tub was very clean. The reason I did not give this 5 stars was because I would for sure not count this as 7 bedrooms. The “twin bedroom” appears more to be a walk in closet from the bedroom with 3 twin beds. It is very small and there is no door. I had specifically emailed to ask if they are 7 separate bedrooms and told yes. Which I guess technically it is separate, but not private. You walk through the 3 bed bedroom to get to the “twin bedroom” and again there is no door. So if you aren’t planning on having kids up there that stay with other kids it is pretty awkward with no door and walking through the kids room. The hot tub is also pretty far away and there is no walk way to it. So being winter it got pretty muddy. At night we really didn’t want the kids to be that far away by themselves! Having said that it is very clean though! Overall very cute house! Very updated. Game room is on level 1 which is nice! Very nice time. I would say just to be prepared about the 7th bedroom and walking to the hot tub! Other than that very nice house. Plenty of towels as well!!!

Overall our family enjoyed our time at the rental property. The pool was the biggest entertainment piece that we appreciated having to ourselves. The coffee station was stocked & nice to have. The owner did respond quickly when I had questions.Having said that, there were several things which could use attention. When you first drive into the property the dumpsters were overflowing with trash & remainded that way throughout the week. The road has several ruts & is difficult to navigate without 4 wheel drive; which isnt mentioned prior to arrival. The floor was dirty on the main floor. There are 2 loft/attic bedrooms which didn't have doors & lacked privacy. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor didnt have any dressers or hanging storage for clothing. In several areas of the house it lacked proper handrails. There wasnt enough seating in the living room for our party of 10. Two of the arcade games dont work properly, the pool table is ripped, and the popcorn popper didn't work. Also, the front door doesn't latch & is an issue when traveling with children & pets. The hot tub didn't appear to have been cleaned. We were told new outdoor furniture was being delivered during our stay, but none was delivered. The ceiling leaks during heavy rain, which the owner did respond they are aware of.
