Aurora Haven: Sea View, Hottub, Zipline, Game Room

We take all guest feedback seriously, and we're surprised to read this review, as it doesn't reflect the experience described to us directly during the stay or the condition of the property, which is well-maintained and regularly inspected. We did respond promptly to every concern raised at the time, including addressing water quality and scheduling maintenance as needed, and our contact information is accurate and monitored. We stand behind the accuracy of our listing and are happy to discuss any specific concerns directly. We wish this guest well.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, Kathleen. We're glad the property, comfortable beds, and location stood out. We do want to clarify that there are no poison traps used on the property, so we want to look into what your pup may have encountered in the yard to make sure everything is safe going forward. We take pet safety seriously, especially for guests paying a pet fee, and we're following up on this directly. We're also glad to hear this feedback about the kitchenware — we'll be replacing the cookware and baking sheets and adding a few missing basics like a garlic press and cheese grater. Thank you for bringing all of this to our attention so we can make real improvements.
