The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, bunk beds in a bonus room. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Cleanliness

Beautiful spot, condo was not real clean. We killed roaches in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Tv in the guest bedroom did not work. Maintenance replaced cable box but it still didn’t work. Comforter on the king bed looked stained. Headboard was dirty. Bathtub had a black ring around it. I always bring my own cleaner/ disinfectant so I cleaned bathroom and wiped all surfaces.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a clean, cool & comfortable condo that was ready to use. It was a great experience that began when we entered the property. We would definitely recommend to others and will look for this unit with Brooks and Shorey again.

Some good, some bad

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most everything about the unit was OK. We did have a few issues, but all were related to the cleanliness of the unit. It was not cleaned very well after the previous renters left. While we were doing our own cleaning of the kitchen counters, we spotted a roach crawl across the counter. A pest person came later in the week to inspect but he didn't feel the place was infested. We would have had to leave the unit for several hours for him to treat it so we opted not to. We ended up seeing a few more roaches during our stay. We were also missing kitchen towels when we arrived, but later found them dirty in the laundry room. Not sure why the cleaning crew left the dirty ones there and didn't provide clean ones. We also noticed a lot of pet hair throughout the unit. We were under the impression that pets were not to be allowed.
