The cabin was the perfect size for my family. The only issue for us was my mother is older and although the cabin was handicap accessible, the toilet seats were lower and were difficult for her to get up from due to her recent knee surgery. However, it was quiet and just what we needed for a quick trip to Branson. Thank you so much for opening up your home.

It was awesome any question Josh answered right away called him twice returned call as soon as 2 minutes after hang up would stay again loved it. The only thing I wished was privacy fence between houses but thats it. Nice and quit easy to get to a great host could not have been better host. Loved loved loved it

Weekend getaway

Everything is so clean and there was everything provided that we could’ve possibly ever needed! What a lovely place. Hot tub was awesome and the S’mores that were provided! Will be back!

Excellent stay. Nice, quiet location that's a short drive to all the entertainment, restaurants, and recreational activities of the Branson area. House was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and was as shown in the listing. It had plenty of room and comfortable seating. Everything functioned well. We really enjoyed the s'mores fixings that were provided.

Branson Family vaca

Great place to stay!! Had everything needed to make the stay comfortable! Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The rec center is a little far from the cabin, which is what we originally chose for, but in the end we didn’t really have time to use it. The place was absolutely beautiful!!

Beautiful cabin. Well decorated with upscale furniture and appliances. The location is perfect for Branson, Lake Tanycomo, and Table Rock Lake activities. It is across the street from direct Lake Tanycomo. The cabins across the street back up to the river and have an amazing view from their patios. The only issue we had was the main master bedroom’s mattress must be replaced. It is so worn that you roll to the middle of the bed (and we are 175 lbs and 130 lbs). It was not a comfortable night’s sleep. The other thing they should really consider adding is an EV Charger. Most of the other cabins on the street have them which was a disappointment for us since we drove our EV and there aren’t public chargers hardly anywhere in the Branson area. To be fair they never said they had an EV Charger, we just wish they did since most all of the cabins around them do have chargers.

Bachelor Weekend

5 of us stayed at the location for my bachelor party weekend. It was amazing. The house was spectacular and brand new. Everything was very easy to access and the location was perfect for going to Branson.

Great stay

We had a great time at this rental. It was continently located. It was very clean and had everything you could need. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. We used the grill for cooking every day. Check in and check out instructions were very easy.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible amenities-it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been more perfect, nestled in a beautiful, serene setting just a short drive from the attractions. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this house offers the best of both worlds. We can't wait to visit again.

Good christmas vacay

Property was nice. Hot tub wonderful, enjoyed the firepit. Would have preferred a wood burning fireplace inside as the electric one makes a constant whistling noise, but other than that the place is fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone

We are SO glad we found this place! We were going back and forth between where we wanted to stay near Branson and were EXTREMELY satisfied with this as our final choice!The house is beautiful and was super clean when we arrived! It gave such a great vibe and felt like home the moment we stepped inside! (and definitely used the hot tub every night, which made the accommodations even better!)The location is just beautiful and serene, with amenities on top! The amount of trails and having the marina only 5 minutes away was exactly what we were looking for. It was not far to get to downtown Branson at all, making it the perfect place to get all that Branson has to offer! On top of all of that, the hospitality was EXCELLENT! Josh had amazing communication and to put the cherry on top, it worked out perfectly because his wife actually was able to help me with a surprise to my wife who is expecting. I had learned that his wife has her own business and she created this perfect basket of all items based on things I had told her that my wife loved. On top of that, it was our anniversary, so they added a touch of that to our stay as well with roses and cookies. When we walked in, it was just the greatest way to surprise her and can't thank both of them enough for everything that made this stay A!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation spot! The area is incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family. The place was spotless—truly spick-and-span—and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The jacuzzi was a huge bonus, providing the perfect relaxation right on site. They also have a barbecue and bonfire area, which made our evenings even more enjoyable.A couple of things to be aware of: the entertainment area can get a bit lively, so plan accordingly if you prefer quieter evenings. Also, be sure to double-check the door number when arriving at night—it’s easy to miss, especially around “Ottis.” In addition, you’ll want to be careful when exiting the highway, as the road that leads to the place is easy to miss, especially in the dark.One of the best parts is the location—it's just 7 minutes from the famous Showboat area, and many other attractions are not far at all, making it super convenient for exploring.Overall, this is a fantastic spot for families looking to relax, enjoy some peace, and make great memories. Highly recommended!

This place is phenomenal! Such a beautiful area, and the homes are all so modern, clean, and comfortable…we were VERY impressed to find such a gem and the prices are well worth every penny. We hope to return for our annual Christmas trip to Branson!
