The house was perfect! It was very clean and had all the kitchen and cookware we needed, plenty of towels. It was close to everything in Branson. We would definitely stay there again

House was comfortable and nice. Perfect for the 4 of us. Only negative...its a little out of town so tried door dash a couple times and they couldnt find the address. Definitely would/will stay there again!

This place was amazing. My husband and I traveled with my parents. Having the two king suites and the common middle was the perfect set up. Loved the hot tub! Would have been nice to have a close community pool and gym. We never thought it was too far to drive to any place in Branson. Great trip!

Quiet getaway

Overall, this house suited our particular needs for the weekend. It was exactly as advertised, and allowed us to spend time with family as planned. The house was clean but rather austere. The “resort” was a collection of houses, with an available swimming pool at the top of the hill.

The property was in a good location and was just what we were looking for. However, cleanliness was an issue…Interior was in an acceptable condition but the exterior was poor. Bird poop was everywhere: front porch, back porch, screen doors, patio furniture, doorbell, spa cover, etc. Cobwebs were excessive on the front porch along with wasp nests on front porch and inside nearly all exterior light fixtures. Additionally, the birds continued to make nests on the back porch and left residue everywhere. There did not appear to be any washing of any kind on the exterior and though I communicated the issues, only some got addressed. The back patio furniture was disgusting and we did not get to utilize it. The jacuzzi water was low and did not get filled. There was interior lighting issues as well. Nearly each morning I was texting in issues. There is clearly a management gap and disconnect between leadership and on-site employees. Finally, each time I spoke with a representative, they stated this was “a new property” and did not readily have answers to some basic questions I had. You’d think they’d at least get eyes on the location prior to booking guests. Hopefully your experience is better than ours was.

The inside was good, but the outside patio was dirty, dusty, and lots of spider webs. Furniture is moldy. The fire pit did not work and the hot tub didn’t work properly until our last night because they came and worked on it yesterday.Next time you rent this property I would let people know about the view from the porch. Nothing but a big dirt pile not a river view.

Good Time

The house itself was nice. Keep in mind there are no extra spices or anything as you will sometimes find at a VRBO. There is also no grill yet at the property. When we called about it they did comp us for the inconvenience but still when planning to grille and no grille it’s not convenient. Overall good property and nice staff. Lake access is challenging and we were never able to locate the pool, which was fine for us but may not be for families.
