Apartment has hardwood and granite floors, high ceiling, bright unit, facing Broadway.
It is located on the second floor of a walk up building.

LIVING ROOM features a large TV(Direct TV, HBO and Cinemax), DVD player, 2 pullout sofas, armchair, large table that seats 6.

MASTER BEDROOM equipped a queen size bed, night stand, dresser with a mirror , closet and a storage space.

SECOND BEDROOM equipped with two single beds, night stand, dresser with a mirror, closet, and a storage space.
Pullout beds are available upon request.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: microwave, stove, toaster, as well as utensils, glasses, blender, plates, pots/pans and coffee maker. If there is anything in particular that you need, just ask I will try to provide it.

Payments are accepted via HomeAway. Full balance is due 30 days prior arrival. Reservation confirmed once deposit is received and rental agreement is signed.

Great stay in the bustling heart of Astoria

I had a long-term stay four weeks while my apartment was being renovated and Anna was a fantastic host - very communicative and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, convenient to the subway and lots of good restaurants and entertainment activities. It's a short train ride, bike ride or walk into midtown Manhattan East too.

The apartment was easy to get to and easy to enter. The bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled with a nice contemporary vibe. We ate at several establishments in the area and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at this spacious, bright and clean apartment on a really cool, safe and lively street corner.With just 3 blocks to the N and W trains, we had great connections to everywhere we had to go each day. We also had restaurants, grocery stores and everything else you could think of just seconds away.There was great communication with the host and so many amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens left for us that it felt like home the minute we entered. We have never had so much space and comfort in all our years of visiting NYC, so we definitely hope to book this place in the future again. The ONLY thing that would make this apartment any better, would be if it was on the ground floor... but it was also good to have a few extra steps in after eating all the great food that was at your fingertips.

Great apartment in Astoria

Stayed for 30 days from early August to early September. The apartment was exactly as pictured online. Check in was very easy and the place was clean when we arrived. The location can't be beat. Easy access to the N and W, only 20 minutes to get into the city, walking distance to the ferry, across the street from the grocery, and very close to a lot of great restaurants. It is located on a busy corner so it can be a bit noisy but with the air conditioners running we really didn't notice the noise at all. Beds were comfortable. Anna is very responsive and easy to reach. Overall a great stay and a great value. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm back in town.

Spacious, Well Located Get Away

If you think you’re missing out not staying in Manhattan, you’d be very wrong! This is a warm, spacious apartment with an AMAZING location. There are a wide variety of amazing, unique restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also a very convenient and affordable 24 hr grocery right next door. If you do feel the need to go into the city, it’s about a 20 minute ride or so across the bridge, but to be honest the apartment neighborhood has a lot of character and things to explore, my friend and I found ourselves wanting to stay nearby very often and would walk to dinner at new places. Anna is a very attentive host and Olga was also extremely helpful! I would love to stay here again on my next New York trip, I absolutely started with the great decision of booking here.Thank you so much, Anna and Olga for a wonderful stay! Best wishes!

Lovely family stay in Astoria

We stayed with our kids and where really happy. There are two bathrooms which is really convenient. Neighborhood has so many playgrounds which surprised us. Only 15 min subway ride to Manhattan.

Nice spacious place in city

Host was very responsive, this apartment is big in size for NYC. No joke 5 mins from subway which is great. The apartment was on 2nd level right at the intersection which could be noisy for some. Even is only on 2nd floor but stairs is steep but it’s okay for us. Nice place for what we need. Thank you Anna.

Lovely and spacious

Lovely big apartment with all the cooking essentials you need, not that we did a lot of cooking. Comes equip with oven, microwave , toaster and coffee machine if you don’t like instant.tea towels cloths all provided. Very homely, plenty of seating and tv provided with plenty of channels to watch. Free WiFi which the kids were overjoyed and good service , with the two bathrooms made it great for all of us getting ready.towels were provided as well as shampoos and soap and toilet roll. The subway is literally a two min walk and so easy to get to all the attractions. We have never really used an underground/ train before this holiday and we found it so easy.we got a week train pass to get off and on as many times for £33 dollars each it has been well worth it going to all the different places in New York. Across from the apartment there is grocery stores, dunking donuts, Chinese, Greek and other restaurants do try the king of falafel king of shawarmas it is great. We came over the new year period please be aware there is queues for everything. Attractions, toilets, coffee shops, we come from a very small place and was overwhelmed how busy everywhere is, unless you want to queue all day to get into to time square or pay a lot of money for tickets you can’t get anywhere near. We got the New York pass and you do save money but it doesn’t let you get in any faster as everyone has them. If we ever come to New York again we would def book here again.thankyou Anna

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a family trip to NYC - quick Subway ride to Manhattan, apartment very clean and comfortable with restaurants and supermarket all close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.

This was a "bucket list" trip for us. The apartment was perfect. Lots of space. There was nothing lacking. Close proximity to the subway system, groceries, local restaurants, bakeries. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Would we stay there again??? You bet!!!

Comfortable stay in Astoria

We had a very nice three night stay here. The apartment is clean and spacious, it was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my wife and two grown daughters, made getting ready to go out so much easier. Short walk to subway and a fairly short ride to the theater district in Manhattan. Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, I got coffee there every morning. Other markets and restaurants all around. Free street parking on side streets, including right outside the entrance to the building, just need to read the signs for the times parking is restricted. A minor glitch getting into the building and unit with the code that had not yet been changed (because we arrived ahead of schedule), but not a big deal. Anna was easy to work with and very responsive the couple of times we had to contact her. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment in exellent location

Excellent location: Apartment is located in Astoria, just 15 minutes from Manhattan and within 45 minutes of almost every touristic sight in NYC. Excellent host: Communication with Anna was efficient and fast. No questions were left open, answers always arrived within minutes. Excellent apartment: Quite large, clean apartment with Aircon. We especially liked the two bathrooms, making things easier when travelling in a group. Thank you, Anna, for hosting us!

Great base for a Manhattan vacation

Spacious clean apartment, convenient location

We stayed in this large apartment with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Instructions for getting in were clear and we had no trouble. The owner was very responsive to our email and phone/text inquiries and walked an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable in her place. Next time I travel to NYC I'll try to rent this property again.
