Good morning and thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your review. I had no clue about the tv and would have been happy to come by and look at it for you. Hope you will choose to stay with us again.

Marcelle, I feel that I went above and beyond to make you happy during your stay. I spent 30 minutes reassuring you that the home is as described when you accused me of posting fake pictures on my listing. I also sent over multiple recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area to help you with your trip. I dropped off an iron and ironing board to you because you needed one (even though my listing does not state that we have one). We pay for professional cleaning and bug control and I explained in detail that we were just sprayed Friday so that along with the heat here in Florida and the rain (and leaving the doors open) cause the palmetto bugs to come inside and that the home is not infested. There was NO mention of a bug in ANY bed so that is unfortunately false. I really hate that you have posted this as you told me multiple times you didn’t want me to do anything further for you and that you would “troop it out” and you never mentioned leaving early. In fact, every time I drove by the property (I live around the corner) your car was at the home. In addition to this, I have a 10 am check out policy stated in my listing, the welcome sheet I send over before check in as well as in the welcome book inside the home. My cleaner went over to start the clean and was approached by someone at the door who told them that their check out is at 11 not 10 and closed the door in their face.
