We do want to clarify a few points for future guests: The pool is serviced on a set schedule, which is shared in the house guide, and we also responded quickly to have it cleaned again after lawn care caused some debris. As for the power, the outage was due to a service-area issue outside of our control, not the home itself. We regret the inconvenience it caused and appreciate your patience while it was being resolved. We were glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall and even described your stay as good, and we also extended a refund of over one-third of your booking as a goodwill gesture.
