AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Come relax and experience a much deserved attitude adjustment in one of our gorgeous luxury condominiums, "Latitude Adjustment". This charming three bedroom, three bath condo is fully furnished and designer decorated for your pleasure. Enjoy a spectacular view with your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of the two large third floor decks while a delightful ocean breeze refreshes you! On the main floor you can retire to the king master bedroom decorated in soothing earth tones & aqua or the queen bedroom in a bright, cheery, tropical palette. The upstairs loft is a surfer's dream with three comfy twin beds and two additional trundle pull-outs. There's also an extra twin in the living room nook. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and spacious bath with ample granite counter space. Wi-Fi is also provided for your convenience. In the vaulted living room, there is plenty of comfortable seating and a state of the art "smart" internet ready TV and Blu-Ray DVD player.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Latitude Adjustment is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Latitude Adjustment the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We will be back!

Our house and the property were beautiful and better than described! Front desk staff, servers/waitstaff, literally everyone who works there, was nice and helpful! We had an amazing trip and plan on returning for many more years! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect Place for teens!

Great house and super location! Everything was perfect for our family! We had a slight issue with the AC our first night but the property mgmt took care of it immediately! One suggestion is a few new pots and pans, especially if you are cooking for a group.

The only thing that was not enjoyable is that the A/C went out on us the 2nd evening of our stay so all we had miserable night sleep and were uncomfortable the next day until we checked out. Luckily there is always a breeze so we left doors open to make it bearable to pack up. Don't know how we ever survived without AC in the past.🤪Other than that it was wonderful!

Family beach week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is centrally located to all the amenities of Cinnamon Shores. We loved how close we were to town center and the fishing dock. This condo has two decks with perfect views to both areas. Being able to watch the kids fish from the porch was a huge plus for us. All the bedrooms were perfect sizes. The kids loved their loft space and private bathroom. Would definitely stay again!Only downside was that the market is no longer open and the coffee shops hours were iffy. But I’m sure once renovations are done it will be better.

The layout, location and amenities suit us very well. we have never had issues before, but this time there were live and dead bugs (roaches) to be picked up throughout the stay. Also, the floors were swept, but not clean. we were careful to leave all footwear by the door, but the bottoms of our feet were always dirty from walking around the unit. OTHERWISE, WE ENJOYED THE RENTAL AS ALWAYS.

Due to the recent storm they were unable to have our rental beach things out the first few days but our spot was reserved and we had chairs with us. On day 2 there was a bad smell in the hall and elevator that was VERY quickly addressed. Condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Great showers!

Horrible Timing and Property Conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at 4:00pm, I couldn't quite place the smell in the condo until after noticing all the dead cockroaches in just about every room. If I could upload the photos I would. I contacted the front desk and they advised they had recently treated the property and this is a common result. They also stated, the property was swept at 1:30....and everything was fine. So in 2-3 hours all the roaches happened to come out and die. Cinnamn Shore offered to send housekeeping, but I just swept up the dead roaches and aired out the condo. My family was ready to leave the next morning. After receiving some push back, Cinnamon Shore agreed to refund one half of one nights stay and their fees, about a third of the total cost. But stated they couldn't do much more without effecting the property owner. They sent a bottle of wine over and a $50 gift card. On day two the A/C stopped working and we had to have that repaired. We also found a package of old batteries leaking in a kitchen drawer. The refund was far beyond the cost of the condo, and just a horrible experience. On top of that, it rained the entire time and we had few options to be outside. Needless to say, we'll be finding other options next time we go to Port A.

Not without some issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at CS for years and many different properties. This was our first condo and while okay, was not our favorite. It was quite small and a little cramped for two families. The upstairs A/C went out on our first night so everyone had to sleep downstairs on the floor. Luckily CS mtc got it up and running again quick, but there were just other small things like the kitchen sink faucet that didn’t run well, the downstairs guest toilet that didn’t really flush etc.... Being on the third floor with kids was also a hike up and down. It is extremely convenient and close to town center and pizza/ice cream though so that was nice. The parking situation was also a little odd with parking the cars behind one another and golf cart parked on circle.

Great Visit - Couple Maintenance Needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the home was very nice, and the Cinnamon Shores community was lovely. A couple notes: the kitchen has several drawers that slide open. This was particularly tough on a five year old who was right at forehead level and got hurt bumping into them. The dishwasher barely stayed shut and there was a kitchen seat that needs repair that was very scratchy. We tucked that one to the side so no one would use it but I imagine that’s how it has remained unfixed. The pools were very nice although we heard several residents say they were cooler than the week before which was the local spring break. That could really make or break a vacation. I would return for sure if our path brought us that direction and have recommended Cinnamon Shores to several friends.

Best Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to admit, when my family told me they found a spot for our summer vacation called Cinnamon Shores, I was not on board. I saw major dollar signs. I came around after a day, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect vacation rental for my family, and two of their friends. I loved being able to get up and take the Beach Buggy to the beach each morning and watch the sunrise, and take it back in the evening to enjoy the beach at night. All the ammenities are first class, and we especially loved Dylan's pizza. We will definantly be back sometime in the future.

Good but going South

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is 4th yr in row that we have stayed same week at CS. We love it but you can tell that properties are declining. When we arrived our deck chairs and entire decks were filthy. We got a knock on door and techs came in to replace washing macihine which was OK but we were not informed. During week a fuse blew in two bathrooms and last 2 days WiFi went out so no TV but since at end of stay did not address. The first day of cart rental our cart went dead. We were given a second cart that was not working and it went out second day. We were given a third cart which did work but when we were checking out the cart rental charged us for the “more expensive” cart which they said they gave to us but we never ordered. Still seeing how that ended up but we are not paying for cart we did not order. The pools... we left the pool by beach as I water was so dirty and warm, next went to 2nd larger pool and as it turned out it was worse. Water felt like hot tub., it was incredibly dirty and there was literally a sunscreen scum floating on water. When you leaned or touched pool edges they too were slick which sunscreen Finally when we came and stayed in Feb in a two bedroom, our water heater went out. You were going to move us to a diff unit but we suggested we just take shower in another unit which we did and were told that you were going to “accommodate” us on next summer rental. I did not say anything seeing if that happened but it did notWe love CS but it is definitely going down hill. Granted we get it that your stretched on staff with COVID but things better turn around quicklyMy sister and bro in law family the Anderson’s who have rented large house now 4 yrs in row same week feel exactly same as we do

April at Cinnamon Shore!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fiesta was canceled in San Antonio, so we headed to the beach! We are so happy we chose Latitude Adjustment! The perfect location on the circle, our 3 family group of 9 (4 kids) fit perfectly and had plenty of space to spread out. We picked up pizza from Dylan’s the first night, which was so convenient. Many meals were enjoyed at the poolside grill C-bar, making it so convenient with young children. The unit is on the end of the building and therefore has a second, side balcony which was so nice! The weather was perfect, a little cool so we appreciated the heated pool. We had issues with the keyless keypad on the door, but the office was quick to help each time (something they say they are working on). We always enjoy the golfcart and online booking was so easy. We also reserved beach chairs and umbrella which cut down on the amount of gear we had to haul to the beach. The unit was very comfortable, well stocked, and we loved the upstairs bunk room with tv. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fun beach vacation, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fun condo layout--especially great for kiddos. Overall good vacation staying here for the five nights. However, there are a few issues that could be addressed: kitchen sink had a really loose handle which made water constantly drip and very difficult to completely turn off (wasting water); kitchen silverware drawer was difficult to open and close, minor annoyance; and blinds did not fully close on all windows, awkward. Also management seemingly didn't enforce / address the issue of loud late parties in this "family-friendly" resort, which we endured from our downstairs neighbors for several nights. Management, please help keep up this property so we can have another great stay!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately our stay was subpar compared to the previous rental we had. We left as quickly as we could justify as we paid for a whole week. There is a ceiling leak in one of the bedrooms that started early this morning.The unit was dirty and there weren't enough cleaning supplies available to clean it, so we had to buy some. The floors and counters were filthy, as if it wasn't cleaned and disinfected as promised for Covid-19 precautions.The refrigerator froze our food. The shower runs out of hot water within 5 minutes of starting it. The faucet in the kitchen leaks and needs to be repaired. I would consider putting this unit out of rental rotation until things were fixed.
