AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Stepping into this lovely condo teeming with special touches and custom furnishings from around Texas, Indonesia, and Mexico fells like you were brought a coastal and Bohemian flavor. Bright colors abound in the primary bedroom, where the king bed is lavish and the beachy adjacent bath is roomy, while the closets are ample for a long, relaxing stay. The second bedroom is a bunk room for four with a jack and jill, double vanity, bathroom which connects to the queen bedroom. Each of these bedrooms is equipped with a high-def flat-screen TV. The bright, cheery kitchen is well equipped with all the extras and stainless steel high-end appliances. The open living, kitchen and dining room is comfortable and a great place to gather together with friends and family. Cinnamon Shore is rich with amenities and activities for everyone in the family. Walking for miles in the sand, swimming in sparkling pools, fishing in private lakes, and eating a fine dinner at Lisabella’s restaurant are all examples of ways to enjoy our beachside community.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Almost Heaven is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Almost Heaven the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Best Girls Trip Yet!!

Easy parking out front, clean amenities, great kitchen table for group dining, and even had a DVD player (felt like the good ol days). We are already planning to come back next LDW!

Upon arrival the internet was not working that controlled the key pad. Maintenance was called out for internet and key pad two times because key pad would not work unless it was connected to internet. In addition the unit seemed cleaned but was not. Floors were disgusting and countertops were dirty. The bedsheets and comforters had stains. Fleas were noticed on clothes while sitting on couch. Management company at cinnamon shores were not accommodating to issues. Numerous calls and many hours were taken from our trip to deal with these issues. The management company at cinnamon shores was below par as they seemed annoyed with our inconveniences which is beyond annoying.

Not our best stay at Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many condos in the past at Cinnamon Shores North. Our experience this time has been disappointing. The condo needed many repairs including broken garbage disposal leaking water all over the floor, broken toilet, lightbulbs out, nonfunctional ice maker leaking water all over floor and fridge. We reached out multiple times to maintenance without response. We expect a better experience for the price paid for this condo. We love Cinnamon Shores but this condo needs a lot of improvement.

Wonderful amenities community with some minor changes

The amenities at this property were top tier in terms of convenience and entertainment. The variety of pools made every day feel different. Kids aged between 2-9 loved them the parks the chess beach. The community also hosted events like movies in the park & cinco de mayo fiesta, which was a nice touch! There is also a pizza place & cafe onsite - prepare to wait, but moderately priced. The unit itself: right next to the food offerings/ close to the pool/ comfortable & clean. HOWEVER- the beds were really high off the ground, which we struggled to get on. (I’m pregnant, my 60 something mom also slept in the bunk room bc this was such an issue). I thought the second bed was supposed to be a queen, it’s a full. The shades in the king room do not block the sun so take an eye mask! For the cost of the property, we expected basic spices or beach towels- which are not included. They did offer a small kit with shampoo/conditioner/ dishwasher fluid & detergent. The bathroom kits would last 2 couples 2 nights so come prepared! We also booked a golf cart which again, was highly convenient however pick up time is halfway through the day & drop off is early. Similarly check in is 4pm & check out was 10am. We asked for a late check out & were denied.

Great get away!

There were 2 adults on our visit and we each had our own room with plenty of extra space. The condo is convenient to Lisabella's restaurant and the community center. We had issues getting into the condo using the key pad, but the management team was quick to remedy the problem.

Comfy and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice to stay at. Kitchen supplied with everything and the beds were comfortable. First day it took awhile to cool it down. So upon arrival turn it down. We could also hear people walking on the third floor. Price wise it was alright. We paid extra to have a golf cart for three days and it’s a little costly. At check in 3:30pm the girl was trying to make me pay for two nights by returning the golf cart on the second MORNING. Which really meant having it for one full day and paying for two. That was ridiculous. Someone needs to talk to them about actually having it for two days. That would be my biggest complaint. The pools were nice, beach is close and they try to do family friendly things.

Great value for a three bedroom condo at Cinnamon Shores

In terms of the unit itself the only item of note is that microwave is under-counter and that may be an issue for families with young children. The deck furniture was great. The bunkroom was good for four or five kids. In terms of Cinnamon Shores in general. The pools are great and well maintained. It would be nice to have a pool heater turned on a little later in the spring when the temperature is still cool. On the improves: The Golf Cart Rental is ridiculous on two fronts. One, give a flat daily rate. It is dumb to add fees to something like that. Two, $200+ a day is silly. You are renting to a more controlled population than Bron's there is no need for the price to be higher.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We have 4 kids (6, 4, 2, and 9 months) and this was the perfect place for us. So convenient to the town center and then also able to walk over to the pond and go fishing in the evenings. The condo was clean, spacious, and near all the center lawn/restaurants. Our kids loved staying in the bunk room! A few room for improvements include better pillows for king bed and a few paint touch ups here and there. These would not deter us from staying here again though.

Not thrilled with condition

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt the rental was lacking a lot. No beach towels, no bath mats, lots missing in the kitchen. Half the sectional was missing legs. We were never able to get the TV in living room to work. No sponges. Every time we walked down the stairs we were met with an absolute mess from unit 2305. They had clothing, shoes, fishing poles, chairs just scattered all over their parking spot. Their golf cart kept coming and going but never cleaned their mess.

Cinnamon Shore Is Sparkle is Starting To Fade

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon Shore once a year for the past 4 years. This year, was the first time we stayed in December.We are starting to see signs of age and failure of upkeep. The outdoors have started to get weathered and hardware has started to rust. Nothing to bad, but kind of an annoyance when it’s the first thing you see as you walk in. Most outdoor hardware has rusted (I get it, we are by the ocean), but there should be a maintenance schedule at which these are replaced. We also had issues with the “new” grills. We couldn’t get either of the two the gas grills to get above 275 degrees. A resident came out and mentioned they had emailed the HOA about the issue multiples times. We ended up cooking out Nee Years Eve meal on the stove upstairs.There were also some signs of age or things in need to be addressed in the unit it self (2201). The biggest issue was the internet. The kids were not able to get their Nintendo switch to get on because of the login screen. Not all devices support that very well. I wish they just had a regular router with a password. We had two laptops and 3 Nintendo switches that had issues. The tech on-site could not help. The water pressure at the sink was on a 8 second lag and dribbled for a while after you shut it off...weird. A missing towel rack in the master bedroom, water damage to window sills, the kids bunk room wall looked like it had been patched, but not painted. Oven and washer/dryer and appliances didnt seem to be performing normally. And to top it off signs of bugs. Included a picture of a roach for your viewing pleasure.We came with some friends and had talked up Cinnamon Shore so much over the years and felt like they let us down. I hope they take this feedback and look into ways they can improve the customer experience.
