This beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bath Gulf of Mexico Vacation home has high-end designer furnishings, luxury décor and a fabulous hot spot location to enjoy everything a 30A Southern Vacation has to offer. Vibrant gulf and pool views abound and exceptional craftsmanship and finishes can be found throughout including shiplap and crown molding, 8ft doors, 10ft ceiling and custom blinds.
This 3 story home, equipped with an elevator, backs up to the resort-style community pool and is just a short golf cart ride to public beach access. In addition to your own golf cart, there is a beach shuttle to take you to any public beach access along 30A.
The first floor suite serves as both a bedroom and 2nd living room accessing one of the 3 outdoor living spaces with gas grill. The 2nd floor, exceptional for entertaining, has a large great room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, powder room and another balcony with an additional dining area. The 3rd floor hosts the master suite along with 2 guest bedrooms, One guest room boasts stunning Gulf
views. Exceptional craftsmanship and finishes can be found throughout including shiplap and crown molding, 8ft doors, 10ft ceilings In addition to a community gym the property is just a short stroll over to the Hub "Community Town-Center" where you'll find a variety of entertainment, shops, restaurants and more.

Not Beach Accessible

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very beautiful & comfortable. But it’s not beach accessible like the listing says. When you download the app right before check in it clearly states that it is not a beach accessible neighborhood so I’m not sure why it states that it is in the listing. The use of the cart was really nice to have. Just a warning that the owners leave a vehicle in the garage so if your group has more than 2 vehicles, be prepared to find another parking spot. Also, make sure not to have a vehicle even partially in the road while unloading before moving your vehicle to additional parking or you will have security called on you. My vacation haven was ok to deal with but we did get a random $300 charge due to the guests before us putting a hole in the wall. I had to call and dispute and they apologized & said I would be refunded after checkout. They voided the charge but it took a few days to show up in the bank. They did come out same day to treat for roaches & ants so that was good.

Beach stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our family of 11 people. The kids room was a hit. Only thing that was tough was the distance to the beach. The closest beach accesses required stairs and we had some older family members that struggled with that. House and management company were great!

Great stay in Panama City Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time with our larger family and grandkids! We’ll be back in 2025. Loved the location to the community pool and the family gathering space at Prominence.Just one suggestion for the property manager. Please make future renters aware that the actual home owner may leave their own vehicle in the garage.Thanks again for the great family memories!

Sleeping pretty in Prominence

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the community of prominence. Great location with shopping and dining in the community. Having access to a golf cart is also a big plus. The home was clean and well maintained. There are partial ocean views from the top floor front bedrooms. We did notice mold on the ceiling of the 3rd floor guess bathroom. Otherwise, it’s a nice home with partial views of the ocean.

We are already planning our next trip back to Sleeping Queens!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The golf cart was our favorite and we loved being so close to the pool. The elevator was nice as my 90 year old grandmother was with us so she didn’t have to climb stairs. The living room space was huge with tons of seating and a great place for the family to hang out together. The beach is a bit far but we took the golf cart over to the state park which was about a mile away. We loved going to the Hub at night where they had movies, live music, and a Dj different nights. It was great for our kids to dance and play. We can’t wait to come back!
