If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.

✔️ Remedy/Refunds: Notify us immediately if you’re dissatisfied to allow us to resolve the issue. No refunds will be given without an opportunity to fix the problem. Early departure without prior approval will not result in a refund.
✔️ Housekeeping & Cleaning: There is no daily housekeeping service. The home is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. The cleaning fee covers standard wear and tear. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional fee.
✔️ The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.
