The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

There are two magnificent bedrooms with king-size beds. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels, and stores. The area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content that feeds the appetites of its young population.

Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries, and children's play areas.

Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for beautiful art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa Park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Burj Khalifa is 2 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 17 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
