Beautiful waterfront cabin; breathtaking views of Whiteface Mountain

This cabin was built by my grandmother as a painting retreat. It's on the Lake Clear Outlet and has an amazing, oversized, screened-in porch; great for viewing the beautiful waterway and Whiteface Mountain. The cabin is a work of art in and of itself that was furnished and decorated by her. The gal had class, and it shows. This location is perfect for a couple looking to spend time kayaking, canoeing, hiking, fishing, biking, painting, hanging out in Saranac Lake and so on. Lake Clear proper is only a paddle away from this location, and the Fish Creek ponds are practically across the street. Those bodies of water are beautiful public ponds; perfect for swimming and canoeing. There's also a pull-out couch because the cabin is certainly comfortable for a family of three as well. On-site there is a electric 2 burner setup for cooking. In addition there is a Blackstone (gas) flat top on the covered porch and a gas grill outside the porch. There is of course a full size fridge as well.

Of note-
(For now there is a pump house supplying water that is not recommended for drinking. This pump system will likely be replaced by a Well that is being installed early next season. I will update this message to keep clients informed on that progress. We have always been on a well but sold a neighboring property mid season last year and installed the pump to keep everything running smooth during a busy season.) edited 2025
