Pet friendly Adirondack cabin on Kiwassa Lake, 3 miles from Saranac Lake
Camp Victor, a rustic waterfront Adirondack cabin vacation rental, overlooks Kiwassa Lake. This cabin is available for weekly rental in the summer, and nightly in the spring, fall & winter. It is also a pet friendly cabin rental. Pet fee applies. One pet per cabin. There is a screen porch with table and chairs and an outside deck with picnic table.
The two bedrooms have two doubles beds in one and one double bed in the other, each including mattress covers and pillows. Guests need to bring linens, blankets and towels unless the rental is during winder during which time linens can be provided upon request.
Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower stall. This Adirondack cabin rental also has an outhouse for use as a 'second bathroom' for more daring guests.
The Living/Dining Room has three picture windows facing the front of the cabin with a view of the water, a double door wood stove, an electric monitor heater, a sofa, a dresser and a large table with chairs.
The Kitchen has a gas cooking stove/oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, sink, cooking utensils, flatware and dishes (service for 7).
Linens, cleaning, etc…
Camp Victor is a housekeeping cabin rental which means there is no maid service. Guests bring their own linens, towels, blankets, etc.

COVID-19 INFORMATION & SAFETY
We’re Sanitizing Even What You Don't See
The check-in time of our cabins will be extended to allow us to use our new equipment to air out each cabin between guests and sanitize what you see and don't see.
Whatever Comes Next, We're Thinking About It Today
We’re closely monitoring the NY State Governor’s guidance. Our operations will undoubtedly change and we appreciate your patience and consideration in advance.
Our Expectations of Guests
Taking Care
We are a small family business simply trying to navigate what the new normal is while also trying to maintain the health of our guests and ourselves. We expect that our guests have taken great care and precaution, as we have, to self-quarantine and social distance. We know the Adirondacks is beloved to many which is why we’re opening our doors in a limited way. We will welcome guests who have self-quarantined prior to arrival for 14 days and who are feeling well and healthy. We expect our guests to be honest - that they have not come into contact with anyone that has had active COVID-19. Our cabins host 8 or fewer people. Only one cabin will be rented to each party. We will disallow congregating in groups of more than 10. This restriction may ease later in the summer. If you do not feel you can meet these expectations, please cancel your reservation.

Sobre o anfitrião
Anfitrião: Marjorie Cochran
We own several properties in the area and this cabin is one of our favorites. We have lived in the Adirondacks since 1991 but have been part-time residents since the 1960s. We even attended the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid! We can offer suggestions for activities unless you simply want to rest and relax in a cabin.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
This is the most scenic area in the east! It is an easy place to rest, relax and enjoy life at a slower pace. Kiwassa Lake is an idyllic and quiet lake and most guests return year after year to get away from the hustle and bustle of a faster pace.
The cabin offers a wonderful deck with Adirondack chairs that allow guests to put their feet up, read a book and soak up the view of the lake.
Often guests will take in a sighting of our lake loon and its beautiful calls. Other guests have said they have seen eagles, deer, fish jumping, wild types of birds, etc…
