Located on a lovely residential street in Brighton. Note there are no sidewalks in this area.

The funky layout of this house means that the refrigerator is through a door next to the kitchen. There is no dishwasher.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. No charge for service dogs. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.
