We loved the Dawdy house, it was decorated beautifully and very clean. The property was secluded and beautiful as well. We met the owners, they were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. Would definitely stay at the Dawdy house again.

Loved this little cozy cabin. Very clean and well organized. Easy check in and the hosts were very welcoming, sweet, and kind. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and is such a cute cabin. Perfect for two people. Clean and comfortable to stay there. Saw a black bear and really neat to see. The couple that own it are great and very helpful. Feels like you are in your own little cabin and we would highly recommend if you wanted a peaceful stay but still close to everything.

Amazing stay. Darlene is lovely. The cabin is exceptionally clean, down to the smell of the fresh towels. The property is beautiful, felt like stepping into another world. Would stay again.

We had such a great time staying here. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was so welcoming, cozy, and comfortable, and it was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our time.We really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay feel special. It was so nice to have a place where we could just settle in, unwind, and make some wonderful memories.We truly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave! This was such a cute cabin. Darlene and Roger were very nice hosts. It wasn't hard to find and the whole place was beautiful. Definitely recommend to anyone especially if interested in Cades Cove.

This little cabin is perfect for your getaway to the Smokey Mountains. The hosts were so personable and welcoming. The cabin was clean and it was obvious that the hosts truly cared about the value of our stay. We even got to see a bear! I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Dawdy House several times and the place is always clean, always stocked well with the things you need, and always has great hosts. This is our "go to" cabin; our home away from home. The location is quiet, safe, beautiful, and peaceful. The cabin is always decorated according to the seasons and holidays and is very inviting when you step inside. The cabin is centrally located so that you can be in many different areas of the Smokies in a reasonable amount of time. You can be in Pigeon Forge and Townsend in 15 to 20 minutes. There is a decent chance you will be able to see wildlife right from the cabin. When we were there bears, deer, and a pileated woodpecker paid a visit. This is not a cabin made for large groups of people, but for a couple or family with a couple small children it is great. So I recommend the Dawdy House whole heartedly.

Our stay was perfect for what we intended!! The cabin was in the perfect location and the view was breathtaking. The hosts were terrific and gave us some great tips on things to do. Couldn’t have asked for more.
