The living area features comfortable furnishings, including wood flooring, a queen sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. There is also a powder room off the living area for added convenience.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space and a Keurig coffee maker.

The bedroom has a plush king bed, Smart TV and access to a recently renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both the bedroom and living area have access to the private patio overlooking the Fazio Golf Course.

The owners of this property have provided two pickle ball paddles, two tennis rackets, and two beach chairs for guest use!

Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs; 75 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. 2 cars max.
