Affordable Villa in Palmetto Dunes -New Kitchen 2017 -Newly remodeled baths-


When visiting Hilton Head there are many rental properties to choose from. Our villa is located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort and we offer affordable rates which allow our guests to save on their vacation while enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Fazio golf course and a scenic lagoon setting.

Our St. Andrews property is located directly across the street from the Shelter Cover Marina in the middle of the island, making it very accessible to all activities. There is a large pool that overlooks the golf course a few yards from our villa. We are less than two minutes from the beach and tennis facility making it very easy to walk, bike, or drive to the activities you desire.

Our first class, yet affordable, accommodations include a sunken living room with cathedral ceilings, a queen-size sofa bed, large flat screen HD TV with cable and a BluRay player. We offer a full kitchen with breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. Our master bedroom contains a king-size bed, private bath and a flat screen HD TV. A spiral staircase leads to the second bedroom with twin beds a private bath and a flat screen HD TV. There is an in-suite laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. French doors in the living room open to a quiet, outside deck. And of course the villa has secured internet access.

Our villa will provide you with everything that you will need for a fantastic vacation. The world-famous beach is only a few minutes from our villa. Bring or rent some bikes and in two minutes you are riding on the sand.

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful resort that offers biking, tennis, pickleball, golf, kayaking, shopping, and great places to dine. Walk across the street to the famous Shelter Cove Harbor and watch the fireworks every Tuesday during the summer season. Also, free transportation within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove is only a phone call away to the 'Dunes Buggy' (normally runs April 1st - September 1st)

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay in St. Andrews Commom. We have been staying in the area the last 8-9 years and this place will be on the top of our list. Very easily to communicate with the owners. It’s just a nice comfortable place to call home for a week. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. We loved everything about it. It was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. It was a perfect location. We were close to other family members and to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet back under the oak trees. We thoroughly enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony listening to birds and looking at the beautiful Spanish moss. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future. The owners were so easy to communicate with. Everything went just as planned.

Lovely home, great location!

This was a lovely home and just the right size for our family. Clean and everything worked as it should. Bonus items included extra toothbrushes and shower things often forgotten. The kitchen included dishwasher cleaner pods and extra trash bags. Palmetto Dunes is a great resort with two beaches, tennis, pickleball, fishing, kayaking, golf, and plenty of bike riding. Centrally located on Hilton Head, it is close to everything. We were blessed with great weather and everyone had a good time. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful property!

Perfect Accomodations Palmetto Dunes

This was the perfect place for our quick weekend to Hilton Head. Easy communications with the owners, everything we needed was there. The Dune Buggy service was great and we could not have had a better place to stay! Great hosts who answered our questions and made themselves available throughout the trip call/text/or email. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

The Condo was perfect! We were there for my daughters college graduation! The location was great and I can’t brag enough on Maryellen Kelly! She responded and helped us with everything we needed! If you want a great VRBO experience, I highly recommend her and this awesome place!

Long overdue vacation ❤️

My family and I have been going to Hilton Head Island for our vacation for many years. We have stayed at many different condos within Palmetto Dunes, and have enjoyed each place. Due to different reasons, it had been many years since we have been on vacation. Therefore, we were all looking forward to this vacation week. This was our first time staying in this condo. It was a quiet place and we had plenty of room for the three of us. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was provided. We felt at home during our stay here.

Wonderful place for a reasonable price!

It was a lovely getaway. The property was well defined in the photographs. The pool was perfect. For the price, it was wonderful! The lagoon behind the pool was also incredible. It was a perfect little nature reserve. The owners were super responsive and provided complete details of what was needed for the check in process, parking passes, directions…etc. No complaints!

Two great weeks

MaryEllen and Michael were a pleasure to work with. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband called the second Br/br his apartment Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed.

Great Affordable Villa

We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days over the holidays. Villa was clean and tidy with everything needed. I will agree with other reviews that this is a great villa for families with kids but due to the loft being the second bedroom this may not work for 2 couples. Both the master and loft are large and each have their own bath. We would definitely stay again.

We love the beach! We have been vacationing here since 2002 with our children and, occasionally, our extended family. Each year we make the drive from New Jersey, or 'Jersey' as we call it, for our week or two on the island. This year, 2014, we were able to purchase the villa from Michael's parents and now we own our own slice of paradise! We are very happy to call HHI our second home and grateful for the opportunity to spend more time here!

Palmetto Dunes is a secure, gated community. St. Andrews Common is peaceful, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. St. Andrews has a beautiful pool and pool house for your use. Palmetto Dunes offers a free shuttle service that will take you where ever you want to go within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. Some of the many things Shelter Cove offers are live music, fireworks, craft vendors, shopping, fishing excursions, and dolphin cruises. Both Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove are located center island and are easily accessible to many activities, such as beach, golf, tennis, shopping, biking, fishing, boating, and restaurants.
