Panoramic mountain views on Lost Eagle Ranch, close to town where great restaurants abound!!! Warm and inviting log cabin has wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Sleeps 4 there are two QUEEN beds. Watch the sunset behind the mountains while enjoying your dinner and the gorgeous sunrise while sipping coffee from the covered porch. Don't forget to look up and enjoy the incredible display of the stars above and the Milky Way! Enjoy the backyard where there is a horse shoe pit, grill, and fire pit! Property sits adjacent to a 95 acre parcel that is owned by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. On this amazing acreage you are welcome to walk and roam. At certain times of the year you may see our very own Pagosa Skyrocket flower! 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and less than 3 minutes from dining, shopping, hiking, photography, fishing, rafting, water tubing, massage, soaking at hot springs, parks, antiquing. No smoking is allowed, so those with smoke allergies can enjoy your stay. Well behaved pets are welcome. Pets are not allowed on furniture or on beds. 2 night minimum stay. Must be 21 years or older. Also, we have a larger log cabin that we just completed. This one sleeps 8 and is great for larger families or you can rent both for large groups that want to be near to one another. The listing # on this one is 4652976. The larger cabin "Lost Eagle Log Cabin Lodge" does not allow pets. It is smoke free also!
If you enjoy seeing deer cross while admiring the view from the decks, or just love seeing the beautiful mountains and God's creation, you will love these properties. Also great for hunters! Come stay with us and be mesmerized by our captivating views!

Great cabin with everything you need. Feels secluded while being minutes from the amenities of Pagosa Springs. Loved the wood burning stove and nighttime sky views. Excellent location for quick access to skiing at Wolf Creek.

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed in this cozy cabin many times and it never disappoints. There are beautiful views all around, it is quiet, but it is close to all Pagosa Springs has to offer. We look forward to our next visit!

A Wonderful Cabin in Pagosa Springs

Relaxing cabin with the best views!

Pagosa visit

Our stay at the cabin was great. It was close to town, but not in town. Very peaceful location but still convenient to Pagosa Springs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we return to that area.

Beautiful mountain retreat

The views are spectacular. The cabin was perfect for me and my wife. You were only 2 miles from town. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful mountain views

Rustic and quiet

If you are looking for some rustic seclusion, quiet, and views of SW Colorado ranch this cabin offers that. It’s also only a short 5 min drive to town and about 35 minutes to Wolf Creek ski mountain.

Unbeatable view 20min to wolf creek

This is our second time at this cabin. We love the cozy cabin and fireplace, but the exterior is where we enjoy ourselves most. Porch sunsets with panoramic mountain views. Excellent property mgmt, clear and prompt communication. Thank you for another excellent holiday!

Another great vacation at this lovely little cabin

This was the second ski vacation staying at this terrific little cabin. The place is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The fire place is a breeze to use, and the owners generously supply fire wood. It's a quick drive to the ski mountain and a few minutes to town for meals, drinks, the hot springs, and so on. The owners are quite responsive and generous with their time. It's perfect for my small family, and very reasonably priced. Great views of the mountains, and it is quiet and peaceful.

Great cabin with terrific view

We stayed for a week and had a great time. It's close to town yet quite private; rustic appeal yet has all the modern comforts you appreciate; cozy yet plenty of room for us and our dog. The only issue we had was the mud that accompanies the spring thaw in early March, making access a little more difficult. We hope to return later in the year for some fishing and hiking and highly recommend this place for your next trip to Pagosa Springs.

3 nights we all enjoyed the landscape and scenery around the property specially night time

I was looking for a place to go and enjoy some time out of the city out of all the traffic and the stress of work,i found this cabin this cabin have wath i was looking for, is out of the city but not to far for our needs we love it to stay there specially at night time at the chimney have great time with my family the scenery around the property is beautiful the cabin is clean and have all that we needed to cook and have a good time in it i thanks to the owner to allowing us to stay there we come back home with great memories hope some day we come back again..

Just a Great Little Cabin

This was our second time staying at the Lost Eagle Log Cabin this year and we were not disappointed. We greatly enjoyed the quiet and solitude of this location, spending lots to time on the rustic front porch with a fabulous view of the valley and mountains beyond. The constant presence of the feeding humming birds was a bonus. Inside the cabin is nicely appointed yet retains that rustic appeal. We'll be back.

This is a wonderful cabin! Everything was perfect!

We had an excellent experience staying here. The cabin was even better in person than the pictures show. It was comfy and cozy and we had everything we needed to make for a great week. The location is perfect. Close enough to town but feels like you are out a bit. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra warm blankets if needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking in. We enjoyed our stay and I have already recommended this cabin to friends and family.

Perfect little cabin

The view from the cabin is spectacular. Loved the feeling of being out in the country, yet town is 5 minutes away. Even though it was clean, it was a little musty inside due to the age of the cabin. (But I am very sensitive to smell, and for a few days did not bother me.) We loved staying here and would stay here again. The cabin next door looked new and I would definitely look at that one as well.

July Heatwave

We loved the cabin and location. Very beautiful, it would have been perfect if the weather would have been a few degrees cooler. It was uncomfortably hot at bedtime without air conditioning. We would stay here again, maybe not in the middle of July.

Had no cell phone reception while we were there and only got into our cabin because Marvin happened to drop by the afternoon we arrived. Cabin has a great view and the area is very quiet. It was just what we wanted for a short respite from the Arizona heat. Thanks, Phil and Linda

Unfortunately, no one had cell phone service for a week due to a tower being down in Pagosa Springs. We are sorry you didn’t have cell service but that is out of our control. The key was under the mat like I had texted you, But due to lack of cell service it must not have gone through . Sorry you had to wait for a bit.

We can't stop coming back!

We've stayed at this cabin 3 years in a row, and can't get enough! It's so close to town, but feels like you're way out in the country, and its on the east side of town, closer to Wolf Creek. The views of the mountains are incomparable. Our extended family stayed in the cabin next door and it was amazing as well. We also really enjoyed having the bonfire pit out front, all set up and ready to go. Gunner visited us every day, and is such a sweet, loving, playful dog! Thanks again for a great stay at Lost Eagle Ranch!

I am a 5th generation Coloradoan and a 4th generation Pagosa native. My husband and I operate a cattle ranch here in Pagosa where we raise grass fed and finished beef. We have two young daughters that keep us busy with rodeos and 4-H. We have always had a love for the outdoors, the cowboy way of life, the small town feeling. We hope you enjoy this cabin as much as we do!

When you sit out in the morning with your cup of coffee in your hand and enjoy the sun coming up over the mountains...you'll know why. The peacefulness is unmatched and the coziness of this home makes you pause and well... breathe. We chose this property because of the mountain views on every side. It's close to town but feels secluded, it has a year round creek running through it--who wouldn't choose it? If you're lucky enough when you step out at night in the winter you might just hear the elk talking to each other in the meadow. When you look up into the big black sky with the all the starry hosts around you, and you see the Milky Way stretching above you- you'll be amazed.
