We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please note that every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage.

It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

PARKING: Parking is in the garage, which fits two vehicles, and the driveway, which fits two more. Per HOA rules, no vehicles may be parked on the street. There is strict compliance for 9 pm quiet hours both inside and outside while on premises.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT: Every request has to be manually approved. Check with us and we'll check with our cleaning company. The fee is $20 per hour with a one-hour minimum. At this home, early check-in and late checkout are limited and may not be available on all dates.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
