House Guidelines:

No Smoking Inside
We love fresh air! Please smoke at least 20 feet away from the house and off the deck. No smoking indoors, and no vaping or marijuana. A $200 refresh fee will apply if this rule is broken. Thanks for keeping it fresh!

Pets Stay at Home
We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If we find one, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. We want to keep the space allergen-free for everyone!

Fireworks-Free Zone
Let’s keep it peaceful here—no fireworks allowed. Your neighbors (and our insurance) will thank you!

Boating Adventures
Feel free to use our kayaks and paddle boat, but please treat them with care. You break it, you buy it! Always wear a life jacket while on the water (hanging underneath deck). No diving into the water, please! It’s not as deep as you think!

Please Note: Per the Lake Association Bylaws, outside boats, kayaks, or canoes are not permitted on the lake. You are welcome to use the kayaks and canoe provided at the property, but bringing your own is strictly prohibited.

Respect Our Property
Please take care of everything in the house. If something gets damaged, we’ll have to charge for repairs or replacements.

Woodstove = Hands Off
Wood Stoves: For safety reasons, wood stoves are not for guest use. Due to Insurance regulations, we can not allow outdoor fires either.

Quiet Hours: 9 PM Sharp
Quiet time starts at 9 PM due to town ordinance. Let’s be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially with music.

No Loud Music Outside
Keep music at a respectful level indoors. No loud music outside to keep it neighbor-friendly!

No Parties
We allow up to 6 guests. If you’d like to bring more, please reach out first—we’re flexible if you check with us!

No Camping Here
Tents are not allowed on the property. Please enjoy the cozy indoors instead!

Shoes Off, Please
We like things neat and clean—please remove your shoes when entering the house.

Basement and Garage Off-Limits
These areas are for personal storage and are not accessible to guests.

Need More Propane?
Running low on grill propane? Let us know—we have backups ready to go!

Please Do Not Use the Raft with the Slide:
The raft with the slide that’s out in the water is not ours, and using it is strictly prohibited due to liability reasons.

No Fishing, Swimming, or Jumping Near the Dam:
For your safety and in accordance with lake rules, there is no fishing, swimming, or jumping off or around the dam.

Late Checkout Fees
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you need more time, please let us know in advance. A $50 fee will be charged for every half-hour late past checkout, as our cleaning crew needs to prepare for the next guests arriving at 3 PM.
