Cozy, peaceful and quiet location on a scenic lake ā€” the view is beautiful to see in the morning, with the sun pouring in through the living room windows. This was our second time staying here with our two children while visiting family nearby, and we hope to visit again in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint lake house! It was peaceful, cozy, and the perfect place to relax by the water. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. A great spot for a quiet getaway ā€” weā€™d happily come back!

The view was lovely. Home had a great fire pit that overlooked the lake along with kayaks and paddle boards. The large deck with table for 6 was very convenient. The downstairs space in the home worked for those who wanted to watch TV and not disturb the people above.

It was a really nice property. The lake is beautiful. Paddleboards and kayaks are so fun. The kitchen is a little small and there's no dishwasher. But there are plenty of places to gather, play games, and have meals as a family.

Beautiful lake home - nice and quiet in Septemberā€¦ the colors were just starting to change. The home is well prepared for guest and recently updated! Very nice - we would highly recommend it!

Wonderful home to stay in!!!!! We had the most relaxing fun vacation. Everything we needed was there. The lake was beautiful and we loved all the water activities. We were lucky enough that on one of the nights we were able to see a meteor shower from the deck. Communication with the host was fast and helpful.

Great interior layout for family, as was deck, patio & docks. Lake was quiet, calm & great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddling. Host provided great outdoor toys, grill & fire pit & was very responsive. True Value has bait!

A perfect getaway!

First of all, the house is exactly like the photos. Beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable. Great beds, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the paddle boat, kayaks, SUPs, and the ā€œcool waveā€ float attached to the dock. Great views of the sunrise from the deck or fire pit area, big crisp TV for movie night, two living areas so great for kids and adults or just wanting some space. The kitchen had everything we could need including cling wrap for leftovers and a few condiments in the cabinets and fridge. The Traeger grill made our dinners even more delicious and we enjoyed dining on the deck overlooking the water. Good water pressure in the showers. The loft bedroom is more private than youā€™d imagine; a beautiful oasis. Itā€™s a quiet lake with friendly residents. Natasha was a fantastic host and very quick with communication. Couldnā€™t ask for a better lakeside getaway!

Family wedding 2025 MA

Nice spot to stay while in town for a family wedding. We were able to enjoy the water. Enjoyed the use of the paddle boards, kayaks, and the paddle boat the host provided. Even spotted a turtle in the early morning.

What a beautiful home!! Everything was well decorated and felt very cozy. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean, the host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Climbing into bed at night, the linens smelled great and I knew that the host took pride in presenting a lovely home. Would definitely book again if in the area

Relaxing vacation spot with the amenities of home

My husband and i enjoyed our week at this location. Luckily it is right in the lake which was needed as temps soared into the 90's. The home was very comfortable and the pictures accurately depict the accommodations. Natasha was very helpful and responded quickly the few times i reached out to her. A few things to note, if you are used to running to the store 10 mins away, plan on doubling the time. Not much is close by. If you are traveling with pets you plan on walking, make sure you check them for ticks thoroughly before returning home - our dog picked up 7 in a short walk down the road. Luckily, she is up to date on her meds and none bit her - they just hitched a ride. (This only happen when she was off the property and not during any time she was in the well maintained yard). If you are planning to visit wineries/distilleries in the area, check their hours and plan. Many are not open mid-week or don't open until late afternoon. Echo Hill had great drinks. And lastly, the Lake George Tavern, .5 mikes from the house, is great. The food is good and they have trivia nights. Also, they had a live band on Friday night outside under the tent which was a great way to spend our last night in Wales. We recommend this location.

Graduation family time

We wanted to share a few relaxing days together as a family before college and grad school commencement ceremonies began. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck listening to the orioles and other beautiful birds. We had fun with the various board games downstairs, too. Comfortable home with great views of the lake and lots of natural light. We went for a hike and also enjoyed playing bingo at the tavern down the street.

Perfect little lake house!

Four girlfriends had an amazing overnight here - the place is super adorable, clean and well appointed and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Views of the lake were incredible. We were able to make use of the fire pit, but due to weather not able to take advantage of the kayaks. But what a nice option for guests! Highly recommend for a peaceful lake getaway

Weekend getaway

Nice peaceful weekend at this lake side house.Cozy house with all the amenities you need.( could do with a medium sized pot perhaps?)We cooked on the grill every night & roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. Lovely lake views! I enjoyed listening to and watching the birds from the deck in the morning sunshine.The kids enjoyed watching the big screen TV downstairs.Great location with lots of hiking nearby. We took our dog on some nice trails that were within a 10 min drive.Host Natasha responded quickly to any questions I had, which is great.Would highly recommend this property for a nice little getaway!Would recommend this lakeside house!

Comfortable Retreat

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The view of the lake in winter was quite nice, entire lake iced over during our stay.We spent most of our time enjoying the living room area and the downstairs game room.A very enjoyable stay with everything we needed!

Super cozy, cute and clean!

My husband and I stayed at this cozy lakeside cottage with our toddler and infant while visiting nearby family for Thanksgiving. The home was quite spacious and extremely clean! Light poured in during the mornings, the view of the lake was beautiful, and the interior decor was awesome. We really appreciated the open line of communication with the property owner - whenever we had a question, she responded immediately. We definitely recommend this spot!! Thank you for a great stay.

Mini vacation

We stayed with another couple and the property was super cute, well appointed and the view was breath taking! Even though we didn't have the best weather while there, we had so much fun staying in, cooking and playing games! I do wish there were more towels but to be fair, I didn't reach out to ask - didn't matter because it was so enjoyable overall!

Beautiful views

The home was clean and cozy. The views were beautiful! Being off season the area was very quiet which was extremely relaxing. The owner had great communication and was very flexible with our requests. If traveling through this area again we would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

House was perfect for a weekend away for my friend and I. The location itself on the lake was relaxing and quiet. The host Natasha put a lot of care into decorating. A very cozy and comfortable vibe.
