This guest house is located on 2.5 acres over 65 feet away from the main house in a safe and quiet community in Spring Branch Texas. Use it as your launching pad to visit the Hill Country, New Braunfels and San Antonio or just stay and unwind. This home was designed and appointed for the absolute best stay. Relax in the pool, enjoy the spa, grill a steak and enjoy drinks next to the fire.

Guests have complete access to the entire home. The pool and spa is also for the exclusive use of the guests.
The house is a separate very private guest house of the main home 65 feet away from main home. I value my guests privacy but I'm always available to answer questions or fill you in on all the cool things to do around here.
This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a very country type feel with deer and other wildlife readily seen.
Home is available by car only and there is no public transportation or Uber available.
This home is located about 35 minutes from downtown San Antonio. There are many parks and river access areas near the house. It's a great place to bike and run with awesome hills and flats. Great local restaurants and bars nearby and within a short drive.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is such a beautiful property. Great location, close to all of the necessities but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. My family loved hanging out in the Texas living room, playing pool, and relaxing in the hot tub/pool area, when we weren’t out exploring the area. Randall was a wonderful host, and any questions we had were quickly answered. The house was well stocked, and all of the amenities were well thought out. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect getaway for a couple. Clean, quiet, and so welcoming. Beautiful views of Hill country and close to so many things to do in the area. The bottom floor space was perfect for lounging during the day and enjoying the patio. Everything you need is here! We will be here again!

The entire property is well-outfitted, clean, private, and quiet. The pool and surrounding area is wonderful with a spa area that is incredibly relaxing. Two big bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Mattress (king) in the big bedroom is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, Keurig coffee maker, a few nice treats in the fridge, induction stovetop, all the utensils, microwave and dishwasher. Big living area upstairs and a great family area with a pool table downstairs. Washer/dryer is full size. Quiet walkable neighborhood, lots of deer! I couldn't ask for a better experience, very convenient to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Driftwood, Wimberley, with Austin a bit further. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, quick communication, easy check in. Don't miss this place!

Best Vrbro ever. House was perfect and super clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Pool clean and nice. I think this was the best we have ever rented and would come back again. Had one issue with TV (probably my user error) and owner immediately came over and fixed. I rate this a 10 out of 10. Did not want to leave. I have even already recommend to friends to stay here.

Your place is absolutely stunning and incredibly relaxing — we truly enjoyed every moment! From sunrise to sunset, the peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. The pool was a perfect bonus, letting us unwind while soaking in the gorgeous views. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Fantastic Stay-cation

This was our second time staying here. Fantastic place. The most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed in - it has all the basics, including in the kitchen. We floated in the pool for a good 18 hours total. Thank you Randall!

Beautiful property in great location

This was our second stay and it is still a 10/10. Randall, the owner, is responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is lovely, clean, and nicely decorated. The view and backyard are fantastic. The house is very well stocked with lots of towels, kitchen essentials, etc., comfortable, and convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is great - close enough to San Antonio, New Braunfels, etc, and an HEB 10 minutes away while feeling into the countryside. This is a great rental for families with children of all ages.

Such a beautiful property in the Texas Hill Country! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view outside in the back was breathtaking, and having the pool/hot tub to take it all in was sooo nice. We spent most of our time either on the balcony, lower deck, or in the water. Everything inside and out was spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet, and tastefully decorated. We thought it had everything we needed and felt at home. The Texas game room was lots of fun too…loved playing pool and being able to still enjoy the gorgeous view! Randall, the host, was wonderful to work with, great about communicating, and provided easy check-in and check-out instructions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Texas Hill Country!

Amazing and Relaxing

Spring break getaway.. absolutely stunning and very private pool and spa.. Balcony and sunset views. Downstairs game room with glass patio doors brought the outside in.. We enjoyed the home, especially the privacy. 10 out of 10 !

Hilltop bliss

Thanks so much for sharing your well equipped property! We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and exceptional, relaxing views from the porches with the quaint trickle of waterfall sounds from the pool. The hawks soaring by was an experience I will not forget. Best pool table we’ve used in a rental as well. We spent one morning hiking at nearby Guadalupe River State Park and the rest on the property. Despite being in a neighborhood, the back views made it feel more private.

Great stay Part Duex!

We had another amazing long weekend in the hill country! We hiked Government Canyon area, spent a day at the wineries in Fredricksburg, and then spent Sunday watching football in the lower level with a great breeze! This place is amazing, whether you are looking for an adult gettaway or a weekend with the kiddos!

Highly Recommend

The prpoerty was excellent, very secure and private, lots of little extra items in the home not normally in others, such as chips and sausa, coffee, plenty of towels, etc. The view was perfect. Very much so a place for R&R but just short drive to anything you might want to do or need.

Amazing property!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The view is incredible with the pool and hot tub sitting right by the cliffs. The owner goes above and beyond any VRBO I’ve ever experienced as far as presenting a cleanliness, directions to how everything works and supplies in the house. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and a thunderstorm from the balcony. Both amazing experiences! I feel like I’m giving up my best fishing hole

Wonderful family retreat with an amazing view!

The entire stay lived up to its listing and more! We were in awe of how well thought out the house was prepared for guests to the tiniest things such as providing all the linens/towels, kitchen ware to the details for entrainment throughout the house; including pool toys, video games and card games. We wanted a getaway to relax and unwind with hill country views, yet be close to San Antonio. This property is exactly it! Can’t wait to book again.

The home was built in 2015 with this guest home designed specifically as a vacation rental. The home looks out to the Knibbe Ranch which is one of a few Century Ranches left in Texas. Century Ranches are family owned ranches that have been continually operating for over 100 years. The incredible views, the Guadalupe River below, constantly changing views with the season and the abundant wildlife make this a one of a kind property.

I am familiar with dining, entertainment, historical interests, art museums, places to see, parks, etc... in San Antonio and the entire Hill Country area. Please feel free to ask me anything as I am always available to answer any questions and concerns.
