Located on the same block as the beach & boardwalk, this is a cozy 3-bedroom, sleeps up to 16+guests. Full kitchen w/newer granite countertops, washer/dryer in unit, full bathroom w/bathtub, flatscreen cable TV, internet & open living area w/several pullout beds. Unit has propane grill & patio w/gazebo, outdoor seating, grills & lighting. One free off-street parking spot included

Reservations under 7 nights may be subject to additional fee.

Guests are responsible to bring their own linens, blankets and towels. Our staff usually leaves one set as backup, but especially if youā€™re traveling with a big group, please remember to bring your own!

The rooms were clean and i have to say this place was very cozy for the 6 of us. We enjoyed our stay. I would rent this place again. The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced and maybe some bathroom bars.We have to say everything else was GREAT and love all the sayings you put on the walls. Thank You Carmen , David

Overall my family and I had a great time. There were a few things minor things that need to be fixed. The ladder in the back bedroom, the refrigerator needs a new rubber liner the one there is split and falling out that needs to be replaced so it closes properly. However I would book there again. They did respond promptly when i texted them about the fire detectors. Thank you Carmen for letting me make lasting memories with my family.

Better than expected!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The owner truly put a personal touch into decorations and renovations. Even with the thoughtfulness to include foot, body, and neck messages. The place was very clean and exactly what I needed for the eleven people that stayed the night. However, one of the futons was broken and couldnā€™t turn into a bed.The back porch became a beloved spot to eat dinner, chat, and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location couldnā€™t have been better with the beach, cafes, and shops a short walk away. The owner was good about communication and providing the information needed to successfully stay the night. I would highly recommend this if youā€™re looking for a cute, homey, and hospitable stay!

Everything broken very small, owed refund for parking

1 tv didnā€™t work Washer didnā€™t work 1 bed frame broke and repaired bed lopsided Carpets in bathroom smelled like pee Still owed a refund for additional parking that couldnā€™t be used bc the rental couldnā€™t fit all guest. All other people we spoke to also had multiple items not functioning in apartment. Propane tanks empty Iā€™m probably forgetting something I just want my parking money back at least on Venmo. Never again. It was close to the beach.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The pictures for the listing are NOT the unit we were put in, but were the reason I booked. This host uses pictures of 1 unit but there are apparently 4. Unit 1 is disgusting. Mold growing in the bottom kitchen cabinets, mouse droppings in the upper and lower, the utensils were covered in sticky food, the front of the kitchen cabinets were covered in a filmy grease with food/dust/insect wings stuck to it, dirty stove top, the bathroom smelled like urine and the tub had not been cleaned on a long time, shower curtain covered in...something. One bunk was unusable. All but 1 remote was dead and there was no cable TV as listed. No back up batteries or anything. It took 3 requests to get information about extra parking options on the area. The front door does not close unless you press in and bolt lock it. There are holes in walls, this unit is not safe for any children that crawl or are early walkers. The risk of mold and animal related feces illnesses like respiratory distress and hantavirus are real concerns. Unit 1 had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Also, there is NO insulation, you can hear every step and sound made in the upper unit or on the exterior stairs.

Horrible

The place was so dirty. The floors had NOT been washed in a long time, they were black. Plan on spending an hour cleaning before you move your things in. They advised a dishwasher. No dishwasher. They have several units but only Have pictures of one unit. False advertising and deceptive. The pots and pans were chipped and broken. If you have 8-10 people eating, good luck having enough silverware or finding a place for everyone to sit. The tub is so old, the porcelain is chipping off. We had to wear sandals to shower. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The host was so rude when I complained that the unit they put us in was NOT the unit I paid for or booked on line. My suggestion would be to Find another place to stay.

DISGUSTING AND DIRTY

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in and the first thing we found was a strong MOLDY odor. We found moldy coffee in the coffee pot and filter (beyond at least 2 weeks). Bugs on the salt and pepper and through out the kitchen. Gigantic chip crumbs in the silverware drawers. Oven was more than disgusting and dirty - and missing knobs on the stove. Dirt and grease on stove top between the burners. Garbage and dirt all over the floor surrounding the garbage pail. Empty juice boxes behind bed frames, There was black mold in corners of tub and bathroom fixtures. This was beyond gross. The HOST AND VRBO refuses to work with me on any kind refund. In fact, I can not get a return call with any kind of resolution with VRBO who says on their website they are committed to customer satisfaction and trust. We have escalated this to the legal level. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER OR VRBO!
