Take a 10-mile drive to enjoy the Balloon Fiesta Park or take a jaunt over to the array of shops and restaurants on Central Ave/Route 66.

A private fenced-in front yard is rare in Nob Hill. Enjoy the large backyard, patio, firepit, and grill.

The third bedroom has a desk to work and office chair to work at, and access to a washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, tea kettle, and cooking ware. There is another workspace in the kitchen. The living room and two bedrooms have a smart tv with access to YouTube TV. The house has gigabit internet.

Nob Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants on Central Avenue. The property requires stairs for entry and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

There is a doorbell camera at the front door. It is facing towards the street and does not have any visibility inside the home. There is also a camera mounted on the side of the house that is facing the driveway and street with no visibility inside the home. Both collect audio and video.
