The space

Our spacious three-bedroom (2x double 1 x single beds and 2 x double sofabeds) is nestled in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Queensway, close to the beautiful, expansive Kensington Gardens, with easy access to neighbouring Notting Hill’s refinement and history. The enviable location makes it a perfect base from which to explore the delights of London’s nearby Royal Parks, enjoy some incredible shopping and admire the wealth of period architecture characteristic of this neighbourhood.

A choice of major transport links within easy walking distance will ensure that no area of London is difficult to reach for guests to the property, Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington stations all being within a ten-minute walk of the property. Many of London’s most famous tourist attractions and landmarks are situated within this very central area (Kensington Palace and the museums district at South Kensington, for example) but don’t disregard the many hidden local gems in the way of cafes, restaurants and neighbourhoods to be found simply by stepping out of the front door and exploring on foot.

We are able to accommodate groups of up to 9 people, thanks to the two large, comfortable sofa beds in the main living area.
Guest access
The home is fully self-contained and accessed via its own front entrance at street level, on a quiet lane.
Other things to note
Whilst our apartment can host up to 9 people this may be a bit of a squeeze.

The 2 sofa-beds are both next to one another in the living room with limited privacy (there is a screen which can be used)

Access to the upstairs rooms is via a central spiral staircase, potentially hazardous for small children.
