HHI Spring

Spacious condo with everything we needed for a great vacation!

We just returned from a weeklong visit to Hilton Head. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a hassle-free week at the beach. The roominess of our accommodations was a very welcome surprise!

Great property with lots of amenities. Beautiful setting by one of the Palmetto Dunes lagoons. Nice pool right around the corner and beach is within walking/biking distance.

Hilton Head Gem

The condo is quite large with excellent mattresses, higher end linens and a stocked kitchen. Very private and quiet. No crowds in the pools. Lots of wildlife to watch on the well appointed deck. Great price. Definitely would recommend and rent here again!

Great house

Amazing stay

This was our first stay in HHI. This place was perfect for us. Very clean, loved the back yard to sit and take dog out, one level for us old folks and centrally located to everything. Extremely quiet with a nice canal in the back to watch small boats, fish and birds....oh and deer too! Also had a great view of the golf course. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Only thing we would change is that we didnt stay longer... gonna fix that for next time.

Our family of four (with children ages 11 and 9) had a wonderful time at the vacation home. It was clean and matched the description in the listing. Although it was a bit far from the beach, we rented bikes, which worked out great. The deck had a beautiful view of the lagoon, the house was spacious and nicely furnished. We felt at home immediately. The rental agency was responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the washing machine, but they informed us beforehand and offered a free laundry service, which worked very well.The only small downside is that the house is located in the flight path of the local airport, so you will hear airplanes every now and then.

The house was clean and the cooking supplies were very good, much better than other places I stayed. The master bedroom bed must be a California king because it is so wide and comfortable. There should be instructions on use of the tv remotes because they are confusing. There were some minor issues with connected to Netflix and Prime where the connection to the router got slow and failed. Any questions I had were quickly handed by the host. Never went to the pool because of the weather so the rating is not accurate.

Nice Queens Grant unit

Up to date unit. Nicer than most units we’ve rented in Queens Grant. Dog friendly but no dog smells or odors. Nice back porch area but not fenced in. Overlooks a pretty lagoon. I had one question for the host & they responded exceeding quick. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Everything we needed!

This was a great property in a great location! It felt very spacious with the high ceiling in the living room, which had two nice size couches, two big comfortable chairs, and a smart TV for streaming Netflix, Disney+, etc. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. (Side Note: Just regular TVs and cable in the two bedrooms.) The kitchen is a great size and was fully equipped, and we loved that the laundry was in there as well. The view off the back deck is beautiful, and we enjoyed that the place was tucked back a little away from the parking lot. It was so easy to get anywhere in Palmetto Dunes on bikes (we loved that the General Store was so close), and everything in Shelter Cove was just a quick bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Space in a Beautiful Place!

What a nice and roomy condo with a beautiful view of the lagoon! We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back deck almost every morning (coffee maker and Keurig provided). Kitchen and living room is very spacious, which makes the place just feel bigger than other places we have stayed on the island - and even in Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach most days - then you don't have to fight for a parking space as they tend to fill up by 11am or so. Word of advice - don't run the dishwasher and dryer during the middle of the day as it's hot down there, and those two things when running would warm up the main areas.

I am sorry you did not like 760 Queens Grant. It is a lovely villa, updated and quite clean. We communicated several times during your stay (many, many texts about a cable outage that was regional and out of our control) and nothing was mentioned about cleanliness or updating. I inspected this villa yesterday and was quite happy with the cleaning and condition of the property. I have been in property management for over 40 years. We have had many customers in this villa since we started managing it in May, it has been occupied continuously, and all of the guests gave good reviews. Some have already inquired about returning. Thanks for the review. I hope anyone who reads this and is considering renting this villa will continue reading the other stellar reviews of this great property and disregard this one opinion. It is not accurate.

We felt very comfortable in the condo & love being able to bring our small dog. The kitchen was awesome! We enjoyed the deck a couple afternoons. We did put a new light bulb in the deck light but it still didn't work, we had a flashlight to take our dog out after dark. We didnt get hot water in the spare bedroom shower but we both used the master. Thank you for sharing your beach home w/us!

Wonderful home

What a wonderful home to stay at during our short trip to Hilton Head. It was beautifully situated on the waterway. The inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It all all you could want for kitchen needs, as well as a very nice washer and dryer. We would definitely book again!

beautifully maintained and stocked

The place was spacious, clean, and literally had everything we could want for our vacation (and we love to cook!). Nadine was a wonderful owner and very helpful. The location is beautiful with a nice deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved our stay here and plan to come back.

Manager is a 10+

We loved the villa we stayed in for five nights. It was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of cooking, grilling, storage space and supplies just for us, but also plenty of room for our own possessions. Comfortable bed, sofas and living room chairs. The very best part about this property was Nadine, the property's owner and manager. She communicated with us before and during our stay. She seemed intent that our stay would be nothing but top-notch ... and it was!

Fall Break

We had the BEST time with our boys and sweet pup. Michael and Nadine are the most caring owners. Their home is fully stocked with anything you could ever need. Very cozy and comfortable. We came in when Hurricane Ian was upon us. Luckily it turned and we had beautiful weather. Thank you for a great Fall Break!

Wonderful Villa Visit

This villa is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay at Hilton Head. It has a peaceful view the the lagoon from the deck. We have stayed in several villas in Palmetto Dunes in the past. This villa exceeded expectations and we would definitely stay there again. Being dog friendly is an added bonus. Nancy, Tom and Maui
