Located in beautiful Hampton Place, this oceanfront villa offers gorgeous ocean views and endless amenities.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a new refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, a new stove, an over-the-stove microwave, new dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It is fully outfitted with dishes, plates, flatware, pans and everything else you need for daily use. The spacious dining area comfortably seats four, while the breakfast bar seats two.

The living area (recently painted) has beautifully tiled floors and includes a ceiling fan, a pull-out sofa, and a 58" flat-screen TV. New sliding glass doors provide easy access to the balcony. The balcony overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard - not a noisy pool area - and provides amazing ocean views. The balcony has four chairs and a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon libation.

The master bedroom also has a new slider to the balcony and features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The bed features a high-quality Saatva mattress. Both mattress and box spring are fully encased.

There are two full bathrooms. The master bathroom was completely remodeled in 2025 with a new, double-sink vanity, exquisitely tiled shower with frameless glass, and new faucets, toilets and flooring. There is a second full-sized bath with a shower. This provides a separate area and enhanced privacy for multiple guests. The master bath is accessed directly from the master bedroom.

The laundry center is brand new and features a washer/dryer combo located conveniently within the unit. No trips to the laundry!

Free basic cable TV, landline phone, and Wi-Fi are also included. If you have premium TV subscriptions (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.) these are easily accessed on the TV.

Our cleaning company has reviewed the protocols and suggested guidelines for cleaning and sanitization to promote and protect the safety of everyone.

Outside, enjoy the pool area with something for everyone. Seasonally-heated pools for adults and kids, a year-round heated hot tub, a shower area, and a barbecue area are just the start. Add to these, an elevated sun deck, a fitness center, and the boardwalk, which is just steps to the beach, and you have all the makings for a fabulous getaway!

Looking for more? Guests can also take advantage of all the great amenities that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: Play tennis and pickleball on well-maintained courts. Bike along the paths inside Palmetto Dunes or bike the gorgeous beach - keep an eye out for dolphins! Go for a kayak ride on the 11-mile lagoon.

The pool is NOT heated year-round. Please make note of this if a heated pool in the winter months is important to you. It is heated only during the "shoulder seasons" right before and right after the summer season.

The fitness center is NOT a large facility comparable to a commercial gym like Gold's or Planet Fitness. It is a small area with limited equipment. If having a full gym available is important to you, you would have to go off-property to one of the local gyms in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area.

Rather than pay a security deposit, each rental requires an insurance policy that protects guests against accidental damages. For only $59, you get $1,500 worth of coverage. You can add this protection right after booking.

The parking fee varies from $20-$100. If your stay is for more than 7 days, you will be charged $35 )plus credit card fee) during your initial booking. You will then receive an "extra charge" request for the difference - based on the length of stay. The reason for this is that VRBO can only handle one parking rate.
