The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in. Please note, to validate your card we'll draft an authorization payment of $150. This is NOT a charge and will automatically be refunded within 7 days. By booking our rental you're agreeing to sign both agreements and our regular cancellation & refund policy will apply.

Both bedrooms offer comfortable, luxury beds and hotel grade linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV (mounted) and the guest bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins. Each bedroom has extra clothing storage, perfect for extended stays. The full bathroom is very stylishly designed and is stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels! We have also have a washer/dryer room free for all guests!

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer questions and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us directly on our text-line (you'll receive this number upon booking) and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property and the exterior (front and backyard, drive way). The washer/dryer is free to use and WIFI is included in every stay.

Getting Around:
You'll want a car or to use uber/lyft if you'd like to explore downtown or go to the beach

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by Awaysis, a modern vacation rental management company. We're locally based, and here to provide 24/7 support!
While we do monitor the platform chat rooms, we prefer to communicate through our company text line.

In order to book this home, we do ask that you review and agree to our 'house rules'. Additionally, you will need to sign our short rental agreement and incidentals agreement.

With every stay, our company provides $1,500 in contents & dwelling insurance. We ask that you notify us promptly if there are any damages to the property so we can we begin the coverage process.
