Welcome to Life's 2 Short cottage, where life's too short to stress out. This beautiful home is a one floor, ground level coastal cottage located a mere 2-minute walk from the beach. Beach access is wheelchair accessible. The entire cottage has had a make-over with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded bathrooms, modern furnishings, and a privacy fence.

**No linen or cleaning fees!**

This relaxing getaway includes:
- 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds).
- 2 full baths with rain showers.
- Large kitchen island with seating for 4 and a separate dining table with seating for 6
- A dedicated workstation
- 1GB fiber line for high speed internet
- Linens, bath towels, and beach towels included
- Dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, dish soap, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash all supplied for your stay
- Starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels

For the chefs:
- Electric stove and microwave
- Propane grill with an extra propane tank
- Blender, toaster, coffee maker for K-cups or drip coffee
- Starter set of k-cups

Let's talk outside:
- Plenty of seating and side tables
- Jeep branded cornhole boards (yes we are Jeep people!)
- Privacy fence

In the shed:

House rules:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book. No smoking or pets allowed.
We ask that people rinse off when coming back from the beach. We love the sand just like everyone, but unfortunately, sand and drain pipes don't always get along. No parties or large gatherings.

Street parking is not allowed. You can park on the grassy area in front of the house if needed. You can fit approximately 5-6 cars in the driveway and grassy area.

We strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Life happens and it's good to have a backup plan. Please review our cancelation policy before booking.
