*If you don't have school-age children then May, early June, Sept & Oct are the BEST times to be at the Shore! The weather is still GREAT & the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants & Activities are all OPEN but the Long Lines, Traffic & Crowds are GONE! Plus the price is about 1/2 of peak summer so you can stay 2 weeks for the price of 1.

Imagine you can wake up, roll out of bed & be at the beach in 5 min! Frolic in the surf, walk along the shore or read a book on the beach. HOUSE - This house in a Family-Oriented area has 3 lovely Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms. A Fully-equipped, Eat-in kitchen, a big Sectional couch in the Living room, Central air, Big screen cable TV (over 300 channels), DVD, Playstation, FREE Wifi, 4 Adult Beach Passes & 2 Parking Spaces (ask us about other parking options)! A Covered, Front Porch plus a Private Patio area with table, cushioned chairs & grill. We also provide a private shed & beach cart for your beach gear (rolls over sand easily), beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.
All you need are sheets & towels to move in! (we provide these to out-of-town guests upon request).
LOCATION - Great Location!! Only 1 block to Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk in Pt. Pleasant Beach, NJ. Our beach entrance is special as it has a food court, bathrooms, bathhouse, gift shop & ice cream parlor. You can grab a drink, snack or meal & bring it unto the beach with you or eat at the tables provided. In summer there is live music, FREE, every night!
Short walk to Jenkinson's Pavillon, Aquarium & Amusement park, with Rides, New Adventure Park with Rope Courses, Zip Lining & more, Boardwalk Games, Arcades, Slot Machines, Mini Golf (3 courses), Batting Cages, Fun House & more. In summer, each week there are FREE, WEEKLY (1) Animal Adventure show (2) Magical Mermaids at Aquarium (3) Fireworks (4) Beach Bingo (5) Family Movies on the beach (6) Princess Storytime (7) Aquarium Beach Walk with marine experts. We are located near marina with boat rentals, fishing charters, Riverboat paddle wheel excursions, para sailing. 10 minutes to Pirate boat ride for kids. Near lots of restaurants from fast food to fine dining & nightspots with live music, karaoke & dancing for all ages (from tots to seniors depending on the day).
The beach & boardwalk are open. Jogging & Biking permitted on boardwalk before 9am. There are plenty of benches plus there is an lovely area to watch the boats go out & return from the ocean. Also nearby is the Fisherman's Monument with wall fishing, sitting area, plus NEW playground area with swings, jungle gym & gazebo. You can surf fish at the beach after dusk.
NEW Free Shuttle can pick you up & your family at the house & take you anywhere in the Point Pleasant Beach area!
