Head one block to the newly replenished beach, so large that keeping with social distancing is made easy. Venture three blocks south to megs for breakfast, maybe stop and visit the many houses of worship one block south, then head one block north to the shops. Be sure to have lunch at the legendary Crabs Claw šŸ¦€. Take a stroll and take in the fresh open ocean air along the one mile boardwalk with a cup of Duncan Donuts Coffee ā˜•ļø. Even take the young ones to the kid friendly bay park.

Two bath, spacious family home with large outdoor shower that is only one block from ā€ŖLavalletteā€¬ beach. We even provide 8 complimentary beach badges! The decoration was completed with the finest decor and materials. Check out the newer kitchen with stone counter tops and sink. This is a great home for relaxing and entertaining with family and friends And has been enjoyed by our families and guests with raving reviews.

The front door and back door has easy accessibility to your personal driveway and the back door leads you directly to the beautiful deck and backyard, perfect for family dining, grilling or activities in the sun. See the pictures showing the beautiful yard and newer outdoor dinning set!

Guests can now enjoy the recently renovated kitchen, living room and bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with new flooring, ceiling fans, and the new leather living room couch opens up into a pull-out bed for additional sleeping capabilities. The newer kitchen has new cabinetry, stone counter tops, ceramic sink, bronze steel farmers faucet, new fridge, new gas stove, dishwasher, ceramic tile, Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker, toaster. New flatware, cutlery, Large kitchen dinning set and large windows. Unbelievable enclosed front porch with Huge Panoramic windows that open to the breeze of the ocean perfect to enjoy sunrises to the east and sunsets to the west, with sea breezes throughout the day. All New mattresses with mattress covers, new Ralph Lauren and Calvin Kline pillows with pillow covers, and New 2nd floor carpeting with the full decoration. Newer washer and Dryer.

Lavallette is an upscale vacation community in ā€ŖOcean Countyā€¬ featuring large sandy beaches and a one-mile boardwalk. A quiet town but close to all of the Summer attractions. Our home is just a few blocks south of the legendary ā€ŖCrabs Clawā€¬, Duncan Donuts, ā€ŖJersey Mike's Subsā€¬, and the fabulous Lenny's. The home is just north of Meg's CafĆ©, Sand Dollar restaurant, Ben Franklin, Churches, and The Music Man! Just two miles north of the famous Seaside Boardwalk perfect for the young ones.

Guests have their own driveway for three autos with plenty of off street parking! This home has WIFI and internet access. The flat screen TV in the living room is connected to cable, allowing renters to access most channels.

Owners, Marge and Bill Keller are very flexible toward available check in times and departure. Feel free to call.

A wonderful shore house at a wonderful location.

We enjoyed a late Summer week at the shore in our favorite town of Lavallette. Bill's shore house exceeded our expectations and was truly a wonderful place to stay. Very well located and very close to the beautiful beach. Life is good, especially at the Jersey shore!

Family stay in Lavallette

Owner, Bill, is very responsive and friendly and accommodating. The layout is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside and an outdoor shower which is great coming off the beach. Itā€™s centrally located to shops cafes restaurants all walkable and between the bay and beach. We had a great time!

Lavallette Family Fun

102 Brown is centrally located both within Lavallette and the middle block of the street. The front house was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. Thereā€™s a big back patio with deck furniture with a table umbrella. For those who like to shower outside thereā€™s a nice outdoor shower as well. Bill the owner is very responsive and accommodating to any questions or requests you may have. Our family thourohly enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our stay. We traveled with 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 19-6). 4 beds plus a pull out couch was accommodating for our family. Bathrooms are a bit tight but we made it work. Communicating with the host was very easy. Great location!

My family and I have been renting every summer at JS for almost 30 years and we would definitely stay here again. William was very responsive and accommodating from booking to post check out. The location is fantastic! Short block to beach or bay and centrally located in lavalette so can walk a few blocks in either direction to all the favorite local spots. Comfortable home in Lavallette

Cozy home with a good location for beach and bay as it is right in between both. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were as pictured. Kitchen is very narrow and small, yet had the necessities. One note: perhaps a narrower kitchen table with bench seating that could be tucked under the table when not in use would be a better fit for the space. Overall, a lovely vacation was had by all.

What a perfect house for our spring break family trip! We comfortable fit our family of 4, each had a bedroom. 2 bathrooms /showers is a huge bonus. This very cute and VERY clean small home is awesome. The photos accurately portray the home. The owner really did a lot to make this space feel larger than it is. Two comfortable sized bedrooms on each floor. Kitchen is small as described, BUT has everything that you need in that space. Very relaxing and comfortable enclosed front porch with furniture. Nice enclosed little breakfast/coffee room in rear overlloking rear deck. Very nice deck and table/chairs in the rear. The area is very peaceful. Beach is 1 block away. Owner is very accommodating and available. We love it so much that it hurts to give it a well-deserved great review and have others discover this little gem! lol

Cute little house, great location.

When we arrived to the property, access to the front porch was locked and could not access the house. Called the number the owner sent, but it was the wrong number. While my fiancƩ tried calling I went around the back and found back door unlocked. Upon entering the back porch, there was a pile of towels and sheets on the table along with a pile of cardboard. I unlocked the front door and we started unpacking. As we were putting groceries away we found the refrigerator FILTHY AND FOOD IN THE OVEN, along with baked on food on the bottom of the oven. I contacted the owner with the issues and he was going to mention it to the cleaners, which didn't do a very good job around the house too. Now the good, its a cute little house perfectly located. Half way between the ocean and bay. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is a bit small. Besides the cleaning issues we would think about renting it again.

Good Location

I was able to check in early which was nice, except I donā€™t think the cleaning people finishedā€¦ flower vase filled with dirty water left on dining room table,opened package of bacon and cold cuts left in refrigerator, Upstairs bathtub dirty with soap scum and hair in drain. Ceiling fans dirty . No place to hang beach towels (no clothesline of some sort ), dryer inside house does not work. Window in upstairs bedroom is broken, so when I opened it, the window slammed down. The backyard is shared with another house in the back ( which should be disclosed in listing) It can get a bit crowded especially if your looking for privacy. The kitchen is very small . I could not get the oven to work. But the location is great !
