This 1st Floor apartment has a full, teflon-free, kitchen with quality cookware and appliances. No matter, if you are making a healthy smoothie or mixing a margarita, our Ninja Blender, will help you to create a tasty treat.

There is a 58" smart TV in the living area and free High-Speed Wifi to stream all of your content. The speed test is 400Mbps down and 40Mbps Up.

The living room has a super comfortable micro-fiber couch and Love seat to relax and enjoy an evening at home.

The office has a desk, a large Samsung monitor, and a comfortable leather massaging chair for reading.

There is a Ring security system with cameras at all entrances and in the basement for your safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras in the living space.

For Laundry, there are 2 washers and 2 dryers available for use in the basement at no cost. In addition, there is a locking storage closet available for use in the basement. It is perfect for storing bikes or any other gear you may have

You will have access to the garage and your parking spot, as well as the basement, and your apartment. There are 2 other apartments in the building that will have other guests. All-access is via your unique code

I am available for questions during your stay through the app or text. I have a 24-hour maintenance line that you can call for repairs.

You will have two parking spots one in the parking lot and one in the garage. The garage door opener is hanging on the key holder inside the main door at the top of the stairs.

The home rents for a month or more. While starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are available, guests will be expected to provide their own consumable products.
1. We provide a 100% Smoke smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If we find there has been smoking a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

2. It is the Guests' responsibility to take the trash can for their apt to the road on Sunday evenings and bring it back up to the designated spot on Mondays after pickup.

3. Please no laundry between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

4. Clean all dishes prior to checkout.

5. Empty all food from the frig and pantry before checking out

6. Please remove trash from the apartment prior to checking out

7. We allow dogs that are prescreened. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, unless you cover it with a blanket of your own to protect it. All dogs should be crated when you leave the home. Please see the Pet specific rules for more information.

8. Please do not hang anything on the walls.

9. Please do not move furniture

10. If you break anything, dont worry, it happens, please just report it, so that we can replace if for you and the next guest

11. Please report maintenance issues as soon as possible

12. Please only keep your car or motorcycle in the garage. Any other items have to stay in your parking place. If any large items are left behind, they will be disposed of at the guests expense.
