A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this reservation.
✔️ The deposit must be paid before check-in instructions are released.
✔️ Check-in instructions and access details will only be provided after the deposit has been received.
✔️ The deposit is fully refundable after checkout if the unit is returned in good condition with no damages, missing items, rule violations, or excessive cleaning required.
✔️ If damages are discovered after checkout, the cost of repairs or replacements may be deducted from the deposit.
🚗 Parking Reminder:
• Please park toward the left side of the property.
• Do not block the neighbor’s driveway to avoid towing.
🐾 Pets:
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed
• $25.00/ pet per night
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in common areas.
• Pets must be properly crated or caged when left unattended inside the unit.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.
• Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.
🚭 Smoking Policy:
• No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, and cannabis) inside the property. A fine will apply if violated.
🚨 Violation Policy:
• $300 Fine for Tampering with Devices: Any tampering with locks, smart devices, or building systems will incur a $300 fine.
🗑 Trash & Recycling:
• Kitchen and outdoor bins are provided.
• Trash pickup: Fridays weekly.
• Recycling pickup: Every other Friday.
