🏡 Welcome to your Chic Beach Vacation! Located in Deer Creek, West Malibu, California.

🌄 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with views of Boney Mountain and the Santa Monica Mountain range. Lots of nature with an absence of noise - heaven on earth.

🌊 30 minutes to Pepperdine, 30 minutes to Shopping in Camarillo, and just a 7-minute drive down the famous Deer Creek Road (known for car commercials) to the beach. Zuma is 9 minutes south & Sycamore Canyon is 7 minutes north. Come breathe!

🌳 This is a stand-alone very private house in rural West Malibu. You will see abundant nature from your fenced patio including deer, roadrunners, and our local Raven couple! This is a peaceful location, and if you have a novel to write - this is where you want to be! Nice large backyard for the kids - furry ones too - will have space to move. Plenty of trailheads just a short drive away - we are inside the Santa Monica Mountain Range!

🛏️ Bedrooms:
The house has three bedrooms, two are private, and one is a walk-through.

🛏️ The king bedroom is private with a separate door to the backyard. It has a large closet, dresser, and Smart TV. Also, an ensuite full bathroom.

🛏️ The Queen bedroom is also private and at the other side of the house. It has a small wardrobe closet and Smart TV.

🛏️ The twin bedroom is between the living room and master bedroom. Two twin beds and a Smart TV. There are doors to close the bedrooms off for privacy but you do need to walk through the twin to get to the master unless you walk outside.

🚿 Bathrooms:
The main bathroom is off the living room and has a large walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

The ensuite bathroom is in the master and has a full shower/tub combination, double sink, and toilet.

🍳 Kitchen:
The kitchen has a door to the driveway for easy entry for groceries or if you don't feel like walking around to the front of the house. It is small but has a full range (2022 model), dishwasher (2023), and full refrigerator (2021). We have tried to include as much cookware and appliances as we could, and if you have a special request, let us know!

🍽️ Living Room/Dining:
The living room and dining room are open-concept. The dining table seats 8, and the living room has a sofa-sleeper and two chairs in front of a gas fireplace and Smart TV.

🏞️ Outside:
There are double doors that lead to the back patio where you will have your amazing view of Boney Mountain. We have built a gas fire pit with chairs as well as outdoor seating and a gas BBQ.

🚗 Parking:
Parking in the driveway for two cars comfortably. If you need extra space, please let us know ahead of time. This property is on a working ranch, and you cannot block road access.

🌄 Extras:
If you enjoy hiking, we can provide you with a trail map. Also, there are horses that live on the property. Fingers look like carrots, so please understand that they are animals, and there's inherent risk associated with any animal interaction if you are looking to pet them. There are also dogs on the ranch property within the fenced area. They are Great Pyrenees guard dogs, not attack dogs, so they bark to guard, not to bite.

🌄 Step into this architectural masterpiece in a rural Malibu paradise!
We are just north of Neptune's Net in Deer Creek Canyon. Deer, foxes, and roadrunners greet you, and a raven couple lives at the top of the road. Lots of peace and quiet, and plenty of hiking trails - we will even give you a map of the Serrano Valley; the trailhead is just a 5-minute drive. Take a fantastic hike down Serrano road up to Boney Mountain, Sandstone Peak, or Sycamore Canyon.

🛒 You can stop at Vintage market on your way up and pick up the essentials. Deer Creek Beach is at the bottom of the hill, and Zuma beach is only another 10 minutes south. If you head north, you will find the Camarillo Outlets or continue to the 101 and keep going to Santa Barbara or Ojai for the day. Fire up the BBQ when you get back, open a bottle of wine, and watch the sunset by the fire pit.

🏠 The house is very spacious with lots of common areas. Each bedroom has a view with two living spaces and several eating areas. You can easily have two families spend time here without feeling crowded.
